Ladies and gentlemen welcome to another edition of TXHT Jersey Share where today we take a look at the Vegas Golden Knights alternate jersey that was acquired from another fellow Cool Hockey Mystery Boxer.

So, you remember that Edmonton Oilers alternate jersey from a few weeks ago? Yeah, I hope you forgot it too, but I bring it up though because that jersey was traded for what you see above, and that is the Golden Knights alternate jersey which debuted during the 2020-21 season. Looking like something that came straight from season three of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (see Master Vile and the Metallic Armor – VFTG episode coming this spring/summer), the Knights bring us their “metallic armor” as they did something very unique

I will give the Knights credit. These jerseys are unique. The fabric used for the gold is very flashy and has a different feel to it. It also looks like gold (looking at you Nashville) and it’s glitter effect adds a nice shine to it. Also, this jersey acts as a color swap with the road jersey, as anything that was white on the road jersey is now gold, and anything that was gold on the road jersey is now white. It adds uniqueness to the designs on the sleeve now that they are in white rather than in gold.
Overall it’s a really good jersey and a nice addition to any collection.
Also, if you’re inclined. In January 2021 Dickson wrote about the jersey. You can read his review by clicking here.
