Monday, February 25th:
The St. Louis Blues acquired defenseman Michael Del Zotto from the Anaheim Ducks for a 2019 6th Round Pick.
The Pittsburgh Penguins trade forward Sebastian Dea to the Florida Panthers for defenseman Chris Wideman.
In a series of trades the Winnipeg Jets acquired forward Matt Hendricks from the Minnesota Wild for a 2020 7th Round Pick, defenseman Nathan Beaulieu from the Buffalo Sabres for a 2019 6th Round Pick, and Bogdan Kiselevich from the Florida Panthers for a 2021 7th Round Pick.
The Toronto Maple Leafs trade forward Par Lindholm to the Winnipeg Jets for forward Nic Petan.
The Vancouver Canucks trade defenseman Erik Gudbranson to the Pittsburgh Penguins for forward Tanner Pearson.
The New Jersey Devils trade forward Marcus Johansson to the Boston Bruins for a 2019 2nd Round Pick and a 2020 4th Round Pick. The Devils also retain 40 percent of Johansson’s salary.
The Philadelphia Flyers trade forward Wayne Simmonds to the Nashville Predators for forward Ryan Hartman and a Conditional 2020 4th Round Pick. If the Predators win one playoff round then the pick with turn into a 3rd Round Pick.
The Vegas Golden Knights acquired forward Mark Stone from the Ottawa Senators for forward Oscar Lindberg, defenseman Erik Brannstrom and Dallas’ 2020 2nd Round Pick.
The Nashville Predators trade forward Kevin Fiala to the Minnesota Wild for forward Mikael Granlund.
The Calgary Flames acquired defensman Oscar Fantenberg from the Los Angeles Kings for a Conditional 2020 4th Round Pick. If the Flames make it to the Conference Finals and Fantenberg plays in 50 percent of those games leading up to that point then the pick with turn into a 3rd Round Pick.
The New York Rangers traded defenseman Adam McQuaid to the Columbus Blue Jackets for defenseman Julius Bergman, a 2019 4th Round Pick, and 2019 7th Round Pick.
The Florida Panthers have traded forward Derick Brassard and a Conditional 6th Round Pick to Colorado for a 2020 3rd Round Pick. Colorado will not get the Conditional 6th Round pick if they re-sign Brassard.
The Carolina Hurricanes have acquired forward Tomas Jurco from the Florida Panthers for Future Considerations. The Hurricanes also traded forward Cliff Pu to the Panthers for Future Considerations.
The Montreal Canadiens traded forward Micheal Chaput to the Arizona Coyotes for forward Jordan Weal.
The New York Rangers have traded forward Kevin Hayes to the Winnipeg Jets for forward Brendan Lemieux, a 2019 1st Round Pick, and a Conditional 2022 4th Round Pick if the Jets win the Stanley Cup.
The New Jersey Devils have traded goaltender Keith Kinkaid to the Columbus Blue Jackets for a 2022 5th Round Pick.
Sunday, February 24th:
The Ottawa Senators have acquired forward Brian Gibbons from Anaheim Ducks in exchange for Patrick Sieloff.
The San Jose Sharks acquired forward Gustav Nyquist from the Detroit Red Wings for San Jose’s 2nd Round Pick 2019 and San Jose’s 3rd Round Pick 2020. The Red Wings retain 30% of his salary. There are conditions on the 3rd Round Pick coming from San Jose but have yet to be announced. Will be updated as soon the information becomes available.
The Buffalo Sabres acquired defenseman Brandon Montour from the Anaheim Ducks for defenseman Brendan Guhle and a 2019 1st Round Pick that was originally with either San Jose or St. Louis. The pick will be based on the final order of selection.
Saturday, February 23rd:
The New York Rangers have traded forward Mats Zuccarello to the Dallas Stars for a 2019 2nd Round Conditional Pick, and a 2020 3rd Round Conditional Pick. For the Conditional Picks the second-round selection in the 2019 NHL Draft will become a first-round selection in the 2019 NHL Draft if the Stars advance to the third round of the 2019 Stanley Cup Playoffs and he plays in at least 50 percent of the team’s cumulative games over the first two rounds. The third-round selection in the 2020 NHL Draft becomes a first-round selection in the 2020 NHL Draft should Dallas re-sign Zuccarello in the off-season. The Rangers will be retaining 30 percent of Zuccarello’s salary.
The Ottawa Senators trade forward Ryan Dzingel and Calgary’s 2019 7th Round Pick to the Columbus Blue Jackets for forward Anthony Duclair and for their 2020 and 2021 2nd Round Picks.
The Dallas Stars acuired defenseman Ben Lovejoy from the New Jersey Devils for defenseman Connor Carrick, and a 2019 3rd Round Draft Pick. This marks the second time Carrick has been traded this season, as he was traded by the Toronto Maple Leafs to the Stars earlier in the season.
Friday, February 22nd:
The Washington Capitals trade defenseman Madison Bowey and their 2020 2nd Round Pick to the Detroit Red Wings for defenseman Nick Jensen and Buffalo’s 2019 5th Round Pick.
The Ottawa Senators traded forward Matt Duchene and defenseman Julius Bergman to the Columbus Blue Jackets for forwards Vitali Abramov and Johnathan Davidsson, and a 2019 1st Round Draft Pick, and a Conditional 2020 1st Round Draft Pick if Duchene resigns with the Blue Jackets. The 201
Thursday, February 21st:
Washington Capitals acquire forward Carl Hagelin from the Los Angeles Kings for a 2019 3rd Round Pick and a Conditional 2020 6th Round Pick.
Wednesday, February 20th:
The Minnesota Wild have traded forward Charlie Coyle to the Boston Bruins for forward Ryan Donato and a 2019 Conditional 5th Round Pick. If the Bruins advance to the second round of the playoffs then the draft pick to the Wild becomes the New York Rangers 2019 4th Round Pick.
Saturday, February 16th:
Edmonton Oilers trade forward Ryan Spooner to the Vancouver Canucks for forward Sam Gagner which brings the forward back to Edmonton. This is now the second time Spooner has been traded this season, and the New York Rangers will still be retaining 22.5% of Spooner’s salary. Gagner last played for the Oilers back in the 2013-14 season.
Philadelphia Flyers trade goaltender Anthony Stolarz to the Edmonton Oilers for goaltender Cam Talbot. Talbot is expected become the veteran backup to rookie Carter Hart for the Flyers who still have goaltenders Brian Elliot and Michal Neuvirth out injured. Meanwhile, Stolarz will be given an opportunity to play more games at the NHL level with the Oilers.
