  • Montreal Canadiens forward Nick Suzuki was announced as the winner of the 2026 Frank J. Selke Trophy.

  • Montreal Canadiens forward Cole Caufield was announced as the winner of the 2026 Lady Byng Memorial Trophy.

  • The Nashville Predators announced that they have hired Rob Blake as Exec. VP of Hockey Ops.

  • PWHL Hamilton signed their first two players.
    • Goaltender Kayle Osborne signed a 3 year deal with Hamilton.

    • Forward Brianne Jenner also signed a 3 year deal with Hamilton.

  • PWHL Detroit signed their first 4 players.
    • Forward Daryl Watts would be offered an Expansion Foundational Offer (EFO) and sign a 4 year deal with Detroit.

    • Defender Cayla Barnes signed a 3 year deal with Detroit.

    • Forward Hannah Bilka signed a 2 year deal with Detroit.

    • Forward Britta Curl-Salemme signed a 3 year deal with Detroit.

  • PWHL San Jose announced that they have signed goaltender Corinne Schroeder
    •  Schroeder would sign a 2 year deal.

    • PWHL San Jose also signed defender Rory Guilday to a 2 year deal.
