Vegas Golden Knights v. Carolina Hurricanes – 8p ET – Stanley Cup Final Game 2
- In Carolina for Game 2, the Hurricanes look to bounce back and even the series at one against the Vegas Golden Knights, and in the first period, Brett Howden would score to give the Knights the 1-0 lead. In the second period, Howden would net his second of the game to give the Knights the 2-0 lead. Then in the third period, Logan Stankoven would score to get the Hurricanes on the board and back within one and then Mark Jankowski would score to tie the game at 2 for the Hurricanes, and the Hurricanes would take the lead as Jordan Staal would score a powerplay goal, but Mark Stone would score to tie the game at 3 for the Knights to force overtime. In the extra frame, Seth Jarvis would strike on the powerplay to give the Hurricanes the 4-3 victory to even the series at one.
