- Sedlak was placed on unconditional waivers with the purpose of terminating his contract.

- Columbus Blue Jackets v. Boston Bruins – 1p ET
- In Boston the Bruins would honor their captain Patrice Bergeron before taking on the Columbus Blue Jackets, and in the first period David Pastrnak would net his 20th of the season to give the B’s the 1-0 lead. In the second period Boone Jenner would score to tie the game at one for the Jackets, but David Krejci would strike to retake the lead for the B’s. Then in the third period Patrik Laine would score for the Jackets, but goals from Taylor Hall and Tomas Nosek would give the Bruins the 4-2 victory over the Blue Jackets.

- Ottawa Senators v. Detroit Red Wings – 1p ET
- In Detroit the Ottawa Senators would come to town to take on the Red Wings in an early afternoon matinee, and in the first period Joe Veleno and Adam Erne would score for the Wings while Drake Batherson and Thomas Chabot would score for the Sens for a 2-2 tie. In the second period Batherson would net his second of the game to take the lead for the Sens, but Filip Hronek would score to tie the game at three for the Wings. Then in the third period Claude Giroux, Tyler Motte, and Austin Watson would score to give the Senators the 6-3 victory over the Red Wings.

- Anaheim Ducks v. Edmonton Oilers – 4p ET
- In Edmonton the Oilers would play host to the Anaheim Ducks, and in the first period Darnell Nurse would score for the Oilers, but goals from Sam Carrick and Cam Fowler would give the Ducks the 2-1 lead. In the second period Ryan Nugent-Hopkins would strike for the Oilers while Ryan Strome would score to keep the Ducks in the lead. Then in the third period Connor McDavid would score for the Oilers, but John Klingberg would score to give the Ducks the 4-3 victory over the Oilers.

- Dallas Stars v. Carolina Hurricanes – 7p ET
- In Carolina the Dallas Stars would come to town to take on the Hurricanes, and in the first period Joe Pavelski would score for the Stars, but goals from Stefan Noesen and Andrei Svechnikov would give the Canes the 2-1 lead. In the second period Jamie Benn would score for the Stars while Teuvo Teravainen would score for the Canes to keep them in the lead. Then in the third period Seth Jarvis would score for the Canes, but goals from Tyler Seguin and Jani Hakanpaa would tie the game at four for the Stars. In overtime Martin Necas would score to give the Hurricanes the 5-4 victory over the Stars.


- New York Rangers v. Philadelphia Flyers – 7p ET
- In Philadelphia the Flyers would go to battle with the New York Rangers, and in the first period both teams would trade tallies as James van Riemsdyk would open the scoring for the Flyers while Artemi Panarin would score to tie the game at one for the Rangers. In the second period Scott Laughton would score for the Flyers, but goals from K’Andre Miller and Barclay Goodrow would give the Rangers the 3-2 lead. Then in the third period Morgan Frost would score for the Flyers, but Jimmy Vesey, Jacob Trouba, and Kaapo Kakko would score to give the Rangers the 6-3 victory over the Flyers.

- Tampa Bay Lightning v. Montreal Canadiens – 7p ET
- In Montreal the Canadiens would take on the Tampa Bay Lightning, and in the first period Brandon Hagel and Nick Paul would score to give the Bolts the 2-0 lead. In the second period Anthony Cirelli would score while Hagel would net his second of the game for the Bolts to grow their lead to four. Then in the third period Nick Suzuki would strike for the Habs, but Nikita Kucherov would score to give the Lightning the 5-1 victory over the Canadiens.

- Toronto Maple Leafs v. Washington Capitals – 7p ET
- For Hockey Night in Canada the Washington Capitals would play host to the Toronto Maple Leafs, and in the first period William Nylander would strike for the Leafs, but goals from Erik Gustafsson and Trevor van Riemsdyk would give the Caps the 2-1 lead. In the second period Auston Matthews would score for the Leafs, but Gustafsson would net his second of the game to keep the Caps ahead by one. Then in the third period Garnet Hathaway would score and Gustafsson would complete the hat trick to give the Capitals the 5-2 victory over the Maple Leafs.

- Florida Panthers v. New Jersey Devils – 730p ET
- In New Jersey the Devils would play host to the Florida Panthers, and in the first period Sam Reinhart would score for the Panthers to take the 1-0 lead. In the second period John Marino would score for the Devils, but goals from Gustav Forsling and Reinhart would give the Panthers the two goal lead. Then in the third period Erik Haula would score for the Devils, but Carter Verhaeghe would score to give the Panthers the 4-2 victory over the Devils.

- Buffalo Sabres v. Arizona Coyotes – 9p ET
- In Arizona the Coyotes would host the Buffalo Sabres, and in the first period both teams would trade goals as Shayne Gostisbehere would score for the Yotes while Jeff Skinner would score for the Sabres for the 1-1 tie. In the second period Skinner would net his second of the game for the Sabres while Barrett Hayton would score for the Yotes to keep the game tied. Then in the third period Tage Thomson, Tyson Jost, and Kyle Okposo would score to give the Sabres the 5-2 victory over the Coyotes.

- Nashville Predators v. Colorado Avalanche – 9p ET
- In Colorado the Avalanche would host the Nashville Predators for a Central Division battle, and after a scoreless first period Mikko Rantanen and Alex Newhook would score to give the Avs the 2-0 lead. Then in the third period Matt Duchene would score for the Preds, but Cale Makar would score to give the Avalanche the 3-2 victory over the Predators.

- New York Islanders v. Vegas Golden Knights – 10p ET
- In Vegas the New York Islanders would come to town to take on the Golden Knights, and in the first period Anders Lee would score to give the Isles the 1-0 lead. In the second period Reilly Smith would score to tie the game at one for the Knights, but goals from Hudson Fasching and Simon Holmstrom would give the Isles the 3-1 lead. Then in the third period Smith would net his second of the game for the Knights, but Brock Nelson and Zach Parise would both score to give the Islanders the 5-2 victory over the Golden Knights.

- Winnipeg Jets v. Vancouver Canucks – 10p ET
- In Vancouver the Canucks would go to battle with the Winnipeg Jets, and in the first period Kyle Connor would score to give the Jets the 1-0 lead. In the second period Kyle Capobianco and Neal Pionk would score to give the Jets the three goal lead. Then in the third period Bo Horvat would score for the Canucks, but goals from Sam Gagner and Axel Jonsson-Fjallby would give the Jets the 5-1 victory over the Canucks.

- San Jose Sharks v. Los Angeles Kings – 1030p ET
- It would be an all California battle as the San Jose Sharks would visit the Los Angeles Kings, and in the first period both teams would trade goals as Phillip Danault would strike first for the Kings while Timo Meier would score fort eh Sharks for the 1-1 tie. In the second period Kevin Labanc would score for the Sharks to take the lead, but Jaret Anderson-Dolan would score to tie the game for the Kings. Then after a scoreless third period and overtime it would be Trevor Moore with the shootout winner to give the Kings the 3-2 victory over the Sharks.
