Today the National Hockey League announced their Three Stars of the Week for the week of February 8th through Novem6th.
First Star – Jason Robertson (LW – DAL)
- Jason Robertson would earn top honors as he would score four goals and four assists for eight points in three games played for the Dallas Stars, and extending his goal scoring streak to a career best five games. To start the week Robertson would record a goal and two assists in a 5-2 victory over Los Angeles on Nov. 1st, and then on Nov. 3rd against Arizona he would produce two more goals in a 6-2 victory. To close out the week Robertson would net a goal and two assists in a 6-2 victory over Edmonton on Nov. 5th.

Second Star – Nathan MacKinnon (C – COL)
- Nathan MacKinnon would have a fantastic time in Tampere, Finland as the Colorado Avalanche would sweep the Global Series over the Columbus Blue Jackets. MacKinnon would net seven assists in the two games played, which would see him record four assists in a 6-3 victory on Nov. 4th, which would also set an NHL record for most assists in an NHL game outside of North America, and on Nov. 5th he would record three assists in the Avs 5-1 victory.

Third Star – Erik Karlsson (D – SJ)
- Erik Karlsson would lead all defensemen with four goals and four assists for eight points in three games played for the San Jose Sharks. Karlsson would open the week by playing in his 850th career NHL game and he would record his first career hat trick, and first defenseman in Sharks history, and an assist in a 6-5 shootout loss to Anaheim on Nov. 1st. Then on Nov. 3rd Karlsson would record a goal and two assists in a 4-3 shootout loss to Florida, and to close out the week he would record an assist in another shootout loss, this time 5-4 to Anaheim on Nov. 5th.
