- Tampa Bay Lightning v. New York Rangers – 8p ET – Game 5
- At Madison Square Garden the New York Rangers would look to bounce back against the Tampa Bay Lightning, and after a scoreless first period Ryan Lindgren would open the scoring for the Rangers, but Mikhail Sergachev would strike late in the second period to tie the game at one for the Bolts. Then in the third period Sergachev would net his second of the game, and then Brandon Hagel would get the empty netter to give the Lightning the 3-1 victory to take the 3-2 series lead over the Rangers.
