- In the Pittsburgh Penguins 3-2 overtime victory over the Nashville Predators, Sidney Crosby would score two goals and an assist to reach 1400 career NHL points in his 1100th career NHL game.
- On Saturday night both the New York Rangers (5-1 victory over OTT) and the Toronto Maple Leafs (3-2 victory over MON) would clinch berths into the 2022 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

- Boston Bruins v. Washington Capitals – 130p ET
- In DC for an early afternoon matinee the Washington Capitals would play host to the Boston Bruins, and after a scoreless first period Curtis Lazar and Erik Haula would strike for the B’s, but goals from John Carlson and Tom Wilson would give us a 2-2 tie. Then in the third period Lars Eller and Alex Ovechkin would score to give the Capitals the 4-2 victory over the Bruins.

- Nashville Predators v. Pittsburgh Penguins – 4p ET
- In Pittsburgh the Penguins would take on the Nashville Predators, and in the first period Sidney Crosby would score to give the Pens the 1-0 lead, but Matt Duchene would score to tie the game at one for the Preds. Then after a scoreless second period Nick Cousins would score for the Preds and Jason Zucker would strike for the Pens for a 2-2 tie. In the extra frame Crosby would net his second of the game to give the Penguins the 3-2 overtime victory over the Predators.

- Los Angeles Kings v. Minnesota Wild – 5p ET
- In Minnesota the Wild would face off with the Los Angeles Kings, and in the first period Kirill Kaprizov and Matt Boldy would score for the Wild, but goals from Rasmus Kupari, Carl Grundstrom, and Adrian Kempe would give the Kings the 3-2 lead. In the second period Jared Spurgeon, Mats Zuccarello, and Marcus Foligno would score to give the Wild the 5-3 lead. Then in the third period Nick Bjugstad would score to give the Wild the 6-3 victory over the Kings.

- Buffalo Sabres v. Tampa Bay Lightning – 5p ET
- In Tampa Bay the Lightning would host the Buffalo Sabres, and in the first period Corey Perry and Ondrej Palat would score to give the Bolts the 2-0 lead. In the second period Brandon Hagel and Nikita Kucherov would score to grow the Bolts lead to four. Then in the third period Ross Colton would score to give the Lightning the 5-0 victory over the Sabres.

- Anaheim Ducks v. Carolina Hurricanes – 6p ET
- In Carolina the Hurricanes would take on the Anaheim Ducks, and in the first period Josh Mahura and Troy Terry would score for the Ducks, but Andrei Svechnikov, Jordan Staal, and Jordan Martinook would score to give the Canes the 3-2 lead. Then after a scoreless second Staal would net two more goals to complete the hat trick to give the Hurricanes the 5-2 victory over the Ducks.

- Dallas Stars v. Chicago Blackhawks – 7p ET
- In Chicago the Blackhawks would host the Dallas Stars, and in the first period Philipp Kurashev and Jonathan Toews would score for the Blackhawks, but goals from Jamie Benn and Joe Pavelski would tie the game at two. In the second period Boris Katchouk would score for the Blackhawks, but a pair of goals from Jason Robertson and a tally from Roope Hintz would give the Stars the 5-3 lead. Then in the third period Kirby Dach would score for the Blackhawks, but Tyler Seguin would score to give the Stars the 6-4 victory over the Blackhawks.

- Winnipeg Jets v. Ottawa Senators – 730p ET
- In Ottawa the Senators would battle the Winnipeg Jets, and in the first period Josh Norris would score to give the Sens the 1-0 lead, but Nikolaj Ehlers would score to tie the game at one for the Jets. In the second period Pierre-Luc Dubois and Paul Stastny would score to give the Jets the 3-1 lead. Then in the third period Brady Tkachuk would score a pair of goals for the Sens, but Kyle Connor would strike to give the Jets the 4-3 victory over the Senators.
