- Florida Panthers v. New York Rangers – 7p ET
- At Madison Square Garden the New York Rangers would host the Florida Panthers, and in the first period Chris Kreider would score on the powerplay and Adam Fox would strike while shorthanded to give the Rangers the 2-0 lead. In the second period K’Andre Miller and Ryan Strome would both score to grow the Rangers lead to four. Then in the third period Eetu Luostarinen, Sam Reinhart, and Patric Hornqvist would score for the Panthers, but it would not be enough as they would fall to the Rangers 4-3.

- Buffalo Sabres v. Washington Capitals – 7p ET
- In Washington the Capitals would play host to the Buffalo Sabres, and in the first period Tom Wilson would open the scoring for the Caps to take the 1-0 lead. In the second period Connor McMichael would score to grow the Caps lead to two before Cody Eakin would score to get the Sabres on the board, but Alex Ovechkin would score to tie Brett Hull for fourth all-time on the NHL goals list to retake the two goal lead. Then in the third period Anders Bjork and Colin Miller would score for the Sabres, but Wilson’s second of the game and a powerplay goal from John Carlson would give the Capitals the 5-3 victory over the Sabres.

- Los Angeles Kings v. Toronto Maple Leafs – 730p ET
- In Toronto the Maple Leafs would play host to the Los Angeles Kings, and in the first period the Kings would get the jump on the Leafs as Trevor Moore and Andreas Athanasiou would score to give them the 2-0 lead. In the second period John Tavares would score on the powerplay to get the Leafs on the board, but Phillip Danault would score to retake the two goal lead for the Kings. Then in the third period Danault would net his second of the game and Adrian Kempe would score to give the Kings the 5-1 victory over the Leafs.
