Today the National Hockey League announced their Three Stars of the Week for the week of November 1st through 7th.
First Star – Leon Draisaitl (C – EDM)
- Leon Draisaitl would power the Edmonton Oilers with five goals and five assists for ten points in three games played. Draisaitl would open the week with two goals and two assists for four points against Seattle in a 5-2 victory on Nov. 1st. Then on Nov. 3rd against Nashville he would score two goals and an assist in a 5-2 victory, and to close out the week Draisaitl would record a goal and two assists in a 6-5 victory over the New York Rangers on Nov. 5th.

Second Star – Jack Campbell (G – TOR)
- Jack Campbell would guide the Toronto Maple Leafs with a 3-0-0 record, .99 goals against average, and a .968 save percentage. Campbell would stop 92 out of 95 shots faced that would also see him record one shutout for the week. He would start the week with a 26 save shutout over Vegas on Nov. 2nd. Then on Nov. 4th Campbell would stop 24 shots in a 2-1 victory over Tampa Bay, and then close out the week with a 40 save performance to take down Boston 5-2 on Nov. 6th.

Third Star – John Gibson (G – ANA)
- John Gibson would be a perfect 2-0-0 for the week that saw him post a .50 goals against average, a .984 save percentage, and one shutout. In Gibson’s first game he would stop a 28 shots faced to give the Ducks the 4-0 victory over New Jersey on Nov. 2nd. Then to close out the week Gibson made 34 saves in a 4-1 victory over St. Louis on Nov. 7th.
