Hart Earns Second Consecutive Shutout Over Canadiens

Game 4 of the series between the Philadelphia Flyers and the Montreal Canadiens took place today. A quick recap of the other 3 games, the Flyers took Game 1 by a score of 2-1. Montreal rebounded in Game 2, winning by a score of 5-0. The Flyers would win a close Game 3 by a score of 1-0.

Here is how the 2 teams would line up for Game 4:

In the first period, the Flyers would jump out to the lead. The goal coming from Michael Raffl, it would be his second goal of the playoffs. Assists on the play coming from Sean Couturier and Jakub Voracek.

The Flyers would take a 1-0 lead heading into the intermission.

In the second period, the Flyers would double their lead just before the second period ended. The goal coming from Philippe Myers, his second goal of the playoffs. Assists came from Travis Konecny and Kevin Hayes.

The Flyers would take a 2-0 heading into the third period.

In the third period, the Flyers would hang on to the win, as there was no scoring in the period.

Game 5 of the series will be tomorrow at 8p. It has become a must win situation for the Canadiens, as it will be a huge opportunity for the Flyers to try and close out the series.
