- Goaltender Anton Forsberg will be out indefinitely after tearing his MCL in both his right and left knees.

- Edmonton Oilers v. Montreal Canadiens – 1230p ET
- In Montreal for a Battle of Canada it would be the Edmonton Oilers coming to town to take on the Canadiens, and in the first period Alex Belzile would score to give the Habs the 1-0 lead. In the second period Leon Draisaitl and Evander Kane would score for the Oilers, but goals from Jordan Harris, Josh Anderson, and Rafael Harvey-Pinard would give the Habs the 4-2 lead. Then in the third period Harris would net his second of the game and Christian Dvorak would score to give the Canadiens the 6-2 victory over the Oilers.

- Seattle Kraken v. Philadelphia Flyers – 1p ET
- In Philadelphia the Flyers would play host to the Seattle Kraken, and in the first period Owen Tippett would score to open the scoring for the Flyers, but goals from Jordan Eberle and Eeli Tolvanen would give the Kraken the 2-1 lead. In the second period James van Riemsdyk would score to tie the game at two for the Flyers, but Jaden Schwartz would score to retake the lead for the Kraken. Then in the third period Patrick Brown would score for the Flyers, but Schwartz’s second of the game would give the Kraken the 4-3 victory over the Flyers.

- San Jose Sharks v. Washington Capitals – 130p ET
- In DC the Washington Capitals would play host to the San Jose Sharks, and in the first period Evgeny Svechnikov would score to give the Sharks the 1-0 lead. In the second period Alexander Barabanov would score to grow the Sharks lead to two, but Evgeny Kuznetsov would score to get the Caps back within one. Then in the third period Erik Karlsson and Tomas Hertl would score to give the Sharks the 4-1 victory over the Capitals.

- Anaheim Ducks v. Vegas Golden Knights – 3p ET
- In Vegas the Golden Knights would faceoff with the Anaheim Ducks, and in the first period Paul Cotter would score to give the Knights the 1-0 lead. In the second period Brett Howden would score to grow the Knights lead to two, but a goal from Frank Vatrano would get the Ducks on the board and back within one. Then in the third period Isac Lundestrom would score for the Ducks, but goals from Shea Theodore, Phil Kessel, Jack Eichel, Michael Amadio, and William Carrier would give the Golden Knights the 7-2 victory over the Ducks.
