Colton Tames the Panthers

Game 2 of the series between the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Florida Panthers took place today. In the first matchup, the Lightning would win it by a final score of 4-1.

In the first period, the visiting Lightning would get on the board first. The goal would come via the power play. The game looked like it would be heading into overtime, but the Lightning would get a buzzer beater. The goal coming from Ross Colton, his fifth goal of the playoffs. The assists on the play would come from Nikita Kucherov and Ondrej Palat. The Lightning would win Game 2 by a score of 2-1, and take a commanding 2-0 series lead heading back to Tampa Bay.
