- Boston Bruins v. Carolina Hurricanes – 430p ET- Game 7
- In Raleigh, the Bruins and Hurricanes look to get the win and advance to the next round. In the first period, Carolina takes the 1-0 lead when Teuvo Teravainen scores his second of the playoffs. In the second, Max Domi nets his first of the postseason to give the Canes the 2-0 lead but then Boston gets on the board when Jake DeBrusk nets his second of the postseason. Carolina then re-takes the two goal lead when Max Domi scores his second goal of the game. In the third, David Pastrnak scores his third of the postseason to bring Boston within a goal however that is not enough as the Hurricanes get the 3-2 win over the Bruins and advance to the second round.

- Tampa Bay Lightning v. Toronto Maple Leafs – 7p ET – Game 7
- In Toronto, the Maple Leafs look to erase the demons of 2004 and advance to the second round, while the Lightning look to continue their journey for a three-peat. In the first, Tampa Bay takes the 1-0 lead when Nicholas Paul scores his first career NHL postseason goal. In the second, Toronto gets on the board when Morgan Rielly nets his third goal of the playoffs but then Tampa Bay gets the eventual game winner when Nicholas Paul scores his second of the postseason. With a scoreless third period, the Tampa Bay Lightning eliminate the Toronto Maple Leafs with the 2-1 win and advance to the second round where the Lightning will face off against the Panthers.

- Los Angeles Kings v. Edmonton Oilers – 10p ET – Game 7
- In Edmonton, the Oilers and Kings look to advance to the second round. In the second, Cody Ceci gives Edmonton the 1-0 lead with his first of the postseason. In the third, Connor McDavid scores his fourth of the postseason as the Oilers get 2-0 win and move on to the second round of the playoffs.
