TXHT Game Recap: In Montreal the Canadiens would play host to the Vancouver Canucks, and in the first period Elias Petterson would score for the Canucks, but a tally from Ryan Poehling would tie the game at one for the Habs. In the second period Conor Garland would score to give the Canucks the 2-1 victory.

Then in the third period Andre Burakovsky and Gabriel Landeskog would score to give the Avalanche the 4-1 victory over the Canadiens.

THXT Game Recap: In Nashville the Predators would host the Montreal Canadiens, and in the first period Eeli Tolvanen would score to give the Preds the 1-0 lead. In the second period Nick Suzuki and Christian Dvorak would score for the Habs to take the lead, but Tanner Jeannot would score to tie the game at two. Then in the third period Brett Kulak would score for the Habs, but Luke Kunin would score to tie the game at three and send the game to overtime. In the extra frame Filip Forsberg would score to give the Predators the 4-3 victory over the Canadiens.
