- The Washington Capitals recalled forwards Michael Sgarbossa and Beck Malenstyn from Hershey of the AHL.
- This comes after the Capitals re-assigned forward Axel Jonsson-Fjallby to Hershey on Tuesday.

- Boston Bruins v. Buffalo Sabres – 7p ET
- In Buffalo the Sabres would play host to the Boston Bruins, and in the first period Kyle Okposo would open the scoring for the Sabres, but goals from Patrice Bergeron, Charlie Coyle, David Pastrnak, and Mike Reilly would give the Bs the 4-1 lead. Then after a scoreless second period Taylor Hall would score to give the Bruins the 5-1 victory over the Sabres.

- Philadelphia Flyers v. Florida Panthers – 7p ET
- In Florida the Philadelphia Flyers would come to town to take on the Panthers, and in the first period Joel Farabee would score to give the Flyers the 1-0 lead. Then after a scoreless second period Sam Bennett would strike to tie the game at one for the Panthers and send the game to overtime. In the extra frame Aaron Ekblad would score to give the Panthers the 2-1 victory over the Flyers.

- Minnesota Wild v. New Jersey Devils – 7p ET
- In New Jersey the Devils would play host to the Minnesota Wild, and in the first period Ryan Hartman and Nico Sturm would both score to give the Wild the 2-0 lead. Then after a scoreless second period Pavel Zacha and Yegor Sharangovich would score to tie the game at two and send the game to overtime for the Devils. After an extra five minutes of hockey it would be Kevin Fiala in the shootout to give the Wild the 3-2 victory over the Devils.

- Vancouver Canucks v. Pittsburgh Penguins – 7p ET
- In Pittsburgh the Penguins would play host to the Vancouver Canucks, and after a scoreless first period it would be Bryan Rust, Evan Rodrigues, and Zach Aston-Reese to strike to give the Pens the 3-0 lead. Then in the third period Bo Horvat would score for the Canucks, but Brock McGinn would score to give the Penguins the 4-1 victory.

- Montreal Canadiens v. Washington Capitals – 7p ET
- In Washington the Capitals would play host to the Montreal Canadiens, and in the first period Nic Dowd, John Carlson, and Michael Sgarbossa would score for the Caps to take the 3-0 lead, but Jake Evans would score to get the Habs on the board to bring them back within two. In the second period Evgeny Kuznetsov would strike to give the Caps their three goal lead back, but after video review it would be Cole Caufield scoring for the Habs to cut their deficit back to two. Then in the third period Artturi Lehkonen would score for the Canadiens, but goals from Tom Wilson and Dmitry Orlov would score as the Capitals would defeat the Canadiens 6-3.

- Winnipeg Jets v. Columbus Blue Jackets – 7p ET
- In Columbus Pierre-Luc Dubois would come back to town as the Winnipeg Jets would take on the Blue Jackets, and in the first period Gregory Hofmann would score to give the Jackets the 1-0 lead. Then after a scoreless second period Zach Werenski and Andrew Peeke would score to give the Blue Jackets the 3-0 victory over the Jets.

- St. Louis Blues v. Detroit Red Wings – 730p ET
- In Detroit the Red Wings would host their long time rivals in the West in the St. Louis Blues, and in the first period Pavel Buchnevich would open the scoring to give the Blues the 1-0 lead, but moments later Lucas Raymond would strike to tie the game at one for the Wings. In the second period Dylan Larkin would score to put the Wings in the one goal lead. Then in the third period David Perron would strike early for the Blues to tie the game at two, but Adam Erne and Robby Fabbri would score to give the Red Wings the 4-2 victory.

- New York Rangers v. New York Islanders – 730p ET
- At UBS Arena the New York Islanders would host the Rangers for the first time at their new home, and after a scoreless first period Chris Kreider and Kevin Rooney would strike to give the Rangers the 2-0 lead. Then in the third period Andy Andreoff would score for the Islanders, but Rooney and Kreider’s second of the game would give the Rangers the 4-1 victory.

- Vegas Golden Knights v. Nashville Predators – 8p ET
- In Nashville the Predators would take on the Vegas Golden Knights, and in the first period Chandler Stephenson would score for the Knights to take the 1-0 lead. In the second period Jonas Rondbjerg and Adam Brooks would score for the Knights to grow their lead to three. then in the third period Filip Forsberg would score a pair of goals for the Predators, but Alex Pietrangelo and Mark Stone would score to give the Golden Knights the 5-2 victory.

- Anaheim Ducks v. Colorado Avalanche – 9p ET
- In Colorado the Avalanche would play host to the Anaheim Ducks, and in the first period Sonny Milano would score for the Ducks, but Cale Makar would score to tie the game at one. In the second period Alex Newhook and Nicolas Aube-Kubel would score to give the Avs the 3-1 lead. In the third, Nazem Kadri scores to make it a 4-1 Colorado lead. The Colorado lead grows to four after Valeri Nichushkin scores his fourth of the year. The Ducks cut the Avs lead to three when Sonny Milano scores his second of the night but the Avs comes away with the 5-2 win over the Ducks.

- Toronto Maple Leafs v. Los Angeles Kings – 10p ET
- In Los Angeles the Kings would play host to the Toronto Maple Leafs, and in the first period Alex Kerfoot would score to give the Leafs the 1-0 lead. In the second, Viktor Arvidsson scores his third of the year to make it a tie game. Toronto re-takes the lead after Pierre Engvall’s second of the year. The Maple Leafs lead grows to two after John Tavares nets his ninth of the year. Auston Matthews gives Toronto the three goal lead with his eighth of the year and then Jason Spezza makes it a four goal lead with his fourth of the year. In the third, Michael Bunting nets his fifth of the year to make it a 6-1 Toronto lead. Late in the period, Sean Durzi goes on to score his first career NHL goal, a power play goal, to cut the the Toronto lead to four. A Kings comeback is not in the cards as Maple Leafs breeze by the Kings for the 6-2 win.

- Carolina Hurricanes v. Seattle Kraken – 10p ET
- In Seattle the Kraken would play host to the Carolina Hurricanes for the first time, and in the first period Brendan Smith would score to give the Canes the 1-0 lead. In the second, Jared McCann gets the Kraken on the board. In the third, Marcus Johannson scores his second to give the Kraken the 2-1 lead and win over the Canes.

- Edmonton Oilers v. Arizona Coyotes – 10p ET
- In Arizona the Coyotes would host the Edmonton Oilers, and in the first period Clayton Keller would score to give the Coyotes the 1-0 lead, but Connor McDavid would score to tie the game at one for the Oilers. In the second, Leon Draisaitl give the Oilers the 2-1 lead. In the third, Zack Kassian nets his fourth to give the Oilers the two goal lead. Draisaitl nets his second of the night to make it a 4-1 Edmonton lead. Travis Boyd scores to cut the Edmonton lead to two with Boyd’s fourth of the year. Shane Gostisbehere scores his third of the year to bring the Yotes within a goal. Connor McDavid then nets his 14th of the year to give the Oilers the 5-3 win over the Coyotes.

- Ottawa Senators v. San Jose Sharks – 1030p ET
- In San Jose the Ottawa Senators would come to town to take on the Sharks, and in the first period Matt Nieto would score for the Sharks to take the 1-0 lead. Josh Norris would go on to score his eighth of the year to make it a 1-1 game. In the second, Tomas Hertl scores his eighth of the year to give the Sharks the lead once again. Brady Tkachuk then nets his fourth of the year to tie the game for the Sens followed by Ottawa taking the lead when Connor Brown nets his third of the year. San Jose then ties the game at three when Nick Bonino gets his first of the year. In the third, Timo Meier scores his seventh of the year to give the Sharks the 4-3 lead. Logan Couture then nets his seventh of the year to give the Sharks the two goal lead followed by Jacob Middleton getting his first career NHL goal as the Sharks double up the Sens 6-3.
