- Montreal Canadiens v. Tampa Bay Lightning – Game 1 – 8p ET
- In Tampa Bay for Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final, the Lightning would host the Montreal Canadiens. In the first period Erik Cernak would score to give the Bolts the 1-0 lead. Then in the second period Yanni Gourde would score to grow the Bolts lead to two, but Ben Chiarot would score late in the period to bring the Habs back within one. In the third period Nikita Kucherov would score a pair of goals, and Steven Stamkos would score on the powerplay to give the Lightning the 5-1 victory and 1-0 series lead over the Canadiens.
