  • The NHL announced that San Jose Sharks forward Patrick Marleau was named First Star of the Week.
    • Jane Vergara was named the Frontline Worker of the Week.
    • Cam Talbot (MIN) and Jonathan Huberdeau (FLA) would round out the rest of the Three Stars.

Game Recaps

  • Montreal Canadiens v. Calgary Flames – 6:30p ET
    • In Calgary the Montreal Canadiens would come to town to face the Flames. In the first period both teams would trade tallies as Shea Weber would score for the Habs, and Elias Lindholm would score for the Flames. Then in the second period Tyler Toffoli would score to give the Canadiens the 2-1 victory.

  • Vancouver Canucks v. Ottawa Senators – 7p ET
    • In Ottawa the Vancouver Canucks would do battle with the Senators, and in the first period Josh Norris would score for the Sens and Olli Juolevi for the Canucks. Then in the second period Drake Batherson would score to give the Senators the 2-1 victory.

  • Colorado Avalanche v. St. Louis Blues – 7p ET
    • In St, Louis the Blues would host the Colorado Avalanche, and in the first period Vladimir Tarasenko and Brayden Schenn would score to give the Blues the 2-0 lead. Then in the second period Nathan MacKinnon would strike for the Avs, but goals from David Perron and Robert Thomas would give the Blues the 4-1 victory.
  • Carolina Hurricanes v. Dallas Stars – 7:30p ET
    • In Dallas the Stars would host the Carolina Hurricanes. In the first period Joe Pavelski and Jason Dickinson would score to give the Stars the 2-0 lead. Then in the second period Denis Gurianov would score for the Stars, but Max McCormick and Jaccob Slavin would score to bring the Canes back within one. In the third period Jani Hakanpaa would score to tie the game at three, but in overtime Jamie Benn would strike to give the Stars the 4-3 victory.

  • Florida Panthers v. Nashville Predators – 8p ET
    • In Nashville the Florida Panthers look to clinch a playoff berth against the Predators, and in the first period Sam Bennett would open the scoring for the Panthers, but Mikael Granlund would tie the game for the Preds. In the second period Nick Cousins would score for the Preds to take the one goal lead, and then in the third period Erik Haula and Yakov Trenin would score to give the Predators the 4-1 victory.

  • Edmonton Oilers v. Winnipeg Jets – 9p ET
    • In Winnipeg the Jets would host the Edmonton Oilers, and in the first period Alex Chiasson and Connor McDavid would score to give the Oilers the 2-0 lead. Then in the second period Mark Scheifele would score for the Jets, but McDavid would score two more goals for the hat trick, and Leon Draisaitl and Darnell Nurse would score to give the Oilers the commanding 6-1 lead.

  • Anaheim Ducks v. Los Angeles Kings – 10p ET
    • In Los Angeles the Anaheim Ducks would come across town to take on the Kings. In the first period Sean Walker and Mikey Anderson would score to give the Kings the 2-0 lead.

  • Arizona Coyotes v. San Jose Sharks – 10:30p ET
    • In San Jose the Sharks would host the Arizona Coyotes, and in the first period Noah Gregor and Brent Burns would score two quick tallies to give the Sharks the 2-0 lead.
