Game Recaps

  • Calgary Flames v. Montreal Canadiens – 6p ET
    • In Montreal the Canadiens and Calgary Flames would play in an early evening matchup. After a scoreless first period Tyler Toffoli would strike for the Habs to take the 1-0 lead. Then in the third period Elias Lindholm would strike for the Flames, but Toffoli’s second of the game would give the Canadiens the 2-1 victory.

  • New York Islanders v. Boston Bruins – 7p ET
    • In Boston for the second meeting between the two teams in as many days, the Bruins would host the New York Islanders. In the first period David Pastrnak would strike to give the B’s the 1-0 lead. Then in the second period Taylor Hall would net his second with his new teams as the Bruins take the 2-0 lead. In the third period Curtis Lazar would strike to give the Bruins the 3-0 victory.

  • San Jose Sharks v. Minnesota Wild – 8p ET
    • In Minnesota the Wild would take on the San Jose Sharks, and in the first period Tomas Hertl would strike first for the Sharks, but Nick Bonino would strike for the Wild to tie the game at one. Then in the second period Mats Zuccarello and Zach Parise would strike to give the Wild the 3-1 lead. In the third Evander Kane nets his 17th for the Sharks as they come within a goal but the WIld escape with the 3-2 win.

  • Edmonton Oilers v. Vancouver Canucks – 9p ET
    • Postponed

  • Los Angeles Kings v. Colorado Avalanche – 9p ET
    • Postponed

  • Vegas Golden Knights v. Anaheim Ducks – 10p ET
    • In Anaheim the Ducks look to knock off the Golden Knights. In the first, no goals are scored between the two teams. As the contest shifts to the second, William Karlsson nets his 11th, Chandler Stephenson nets his 10th, and Nicolas Roy nets his fourth as Vegas takes the 3-0 lead. In the third, Brayden McNabb nets his second as Vegas seals the 4-0 win over Anaheim.
