- In New York the Rangers and Boston Bruins would faceoff for some Friday night action, and after a scoreless first period Nick Ritchie would break the scoreless tie to give the Bruins the 1-0 lead. After continuing with the heated matchup, the Bruins would hold on to defeat the Rangers 1-0.
- St. Louis Blues v. Arizona Coyotes – 9p ET
- In their fifth game of their seven consecutive games against each other, the Arizona Coyotes would now get to play host to the St. Louis Blues. In the first period Justin Faulk would strike for his fourth of the season to give the Blues the 1-0 lead. In the second period, Arizona’s Johan Larsson ties the contest with his first goal of the season. As this contest moves to the third period, Justin Faulk scores his fifth goal of the season to give the Blues a 2-1 lead. Ivan Barbashev gives the Blues the 3-1 lead with his empty net goal. St. Louis makes it a 4-1 lead and victory when Brayden Schenn nets his seventh goal of the season.
