Carolina Hurricanes v. Vegas Golden Knights – 8p ET – Stanley Cup Final Game 4
- In Vegas for Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final, the Golden Knights will look to extend their series lead to 2, but the Carolina Hurricanes will look for a bounce back after how Game 3 ended for them in double overtime. In the first period, Logan Stankoven would open the scoring 66 seconds into the game and then Jackson Blake would score moments later to give the Hurricanes the 2-0 lead, but Mark Stone would score to get the Knights back within one. However, Jordan Staal would score on the powerplay to reclaim the two goal lead for the Hurricanes. In the second period, William Karlsson and Brett Howden would score to tie the game at three for the Knights. Then in the third period, Staal would net his second of the game on a broken play and Nikolaj Ehlers would score the empty netter to give the Hurricanes the 5-3 victory over the Golden Knights to tie the series 2-2.
