- Carolina Hurricanes v. New York Islanders – 7p ET – Game 3
- On Long Island the series would shift to UBS Arena for Game 3 as the New York Islanders would look cut into the Carolina Hurricanes 2-0 series lead, and after a scoreless first period Casey Cizikas would score to get the Isles on the board first, but Jesper Fast would strike to tie the game at one for the Canes. Then in the third period Kyle Palmieri, Matt Martin, Scott Mayfield, and Anders Lee would score to give the Islanders the 5-1 victory over the Hurricanes to cut their series deficit to one.

- Boston Bruins v. Florida Panthers – 730p ET – Game 3
- In Florida the Panthers would look to continue the momentum they built up in Boston as they host the Bruins for Game 3, and in the first period Tayler Hall would score to give the B’s the 1-0 lead. In the second period Charlie Coyle would strike to grow the B’s lead to two. Then in the third period Gustav Forsling and Sam Reinhart would score for the Panthers, but goals from David Pastrnak and Nick Foligno would give the Bruins the 4-2 victory over the Panthers to take the 2-1 series lead.

- Dallas Stars v. Minnesota Wild – 930p ET – Game 3
- In Minnesota the Wild would play host to the Dallas Stars for Game three of their series, and in the first period Mats Zuccarello would score to give the Wild the 1-0 lead. In the second period Marcus Johansson would strike to grow the Wild’s lead to two, but Luke Glendening would strike to get the Stars on the board and back within one. However, Marcus Foligno would score to retake the two goal lead for the Wild. Then in the third period Zuccarello would net his second of the game and Ryan Hartman would score to give the Wild the 5-1 victory and the 2-1 series lead over the Stars.

- Edmonton Oilers v. Los Angeles Kings – 10p ET – Game 3
- With the series shifting to Los Angeles the Kings would look to regain the series lead against the Edmonton Oilers, and in the first period Alex Iafallo would score to give the Kings the 1-0 lead. In the second period Adrian Kempe would score for the Kings, but a pair of goals from Connor McDavid would tie the game at two for the Oilers. Then after a scoreless third period Trevor Moore would strike early into overtime to give the Kings the 3-2 victory over the Kings to retake the series lead.
