- The NHL Department of Player Safety announced that they have suspended Toronto Maple Leafs forward Pierre Engvall.
- Engvall was suspended one game for high sticking Los Angeles Kings defenseman Sean Durzi on Thursday night.
- Per the terms of the CBA, and abased on Engvall’s average annual salary, he will forfeit $12,162.16.

- Calgary Flames v. Columbus Blue Jackets – 7p ET
- In Columbus the Blue Jackets would play host to the Calgary Flames, and in the first period Patrik Laine would strike to give the Jackets the 1-0 lead. In the second period Eric Robinson would score to grow the Jackets lead to two. Then in the third period Michael Stone would score to get the Flames on the board, but Sean Kuraly would score to give the Blue Jackets the 3-1 victory over the Flames.

- New York Islanders v. New Jersey Devils – 7p ET
- In New Jersey the New York Islanders would come to town to take on the Devils, and in the first period Nico Hischier would score for the Devils to take the 1-0 lead, but goals from Brock Nelson and Anders Lee would give the Isles the 2-1 lead. In the second period Dawson Mercer would score for the Devils, but the Isles would get goals from Casey Cizikas, Olivar Wahlstrom, and Nelson to give the Isles the 5-2 lead. Then in the third period Tomas Tatar and Jack Hughes would score for the Devils, but it would not be enough as Cal Clutterbuck would score to give the Islanders the 6-4 victory over the Devils.

- Pittsburgh Penguins v. Buffalo Sabres – 7p ET
- In Buffalo the Sabres would play host to the Pittsburgh Penguins, and after a scoreless first period Jake Guentzel would score for the Pens to take the 1-0 lead, but goals from Victor Olofsson and Jeff Skinner would give the Sabres the 2-1 lead. Then in the third period Rickard Rakell and Brock McGinn would score to give the Pens the 3-2 lead, but a late tally from Kyle Okposo would tie the game at three. In overtime Jeff Carter would score to give the Penguins the 4-3 victory over the Sabres.

- Seattle Kraken v. Washington Capitals – 7p ET
- In Washington DC the Seattle Kraken would come to town to take on the Capitals for their second game in eight days, and in the first period Adam Larsson would score late to give the Kraken the 1-0 lead. In the second period Anthony Mantha and Marcus Johansson would score to give the Caps the 2-1 lead. Then in the third period Lars Eller would score and Alex Ovechkin would net goal number 796 to give the Capitals the 4-1 victory over the Kraken.

- Winnipeg Jets v. Chicago Blackhawks – 830p ET
- In Chicago the Blackhawks would take on the Winnipeg Jets, and in the first period Cole Perfetti would score to give the Jets the 1-0 lead. In the second period Blake Wheeler would score to give the Jets the 2-0 lead, but Taylor Raddysh would score to get the Blackhawks on the board and back within one. Then in the third period Adam Lowry would score to give the Jets the 3-1 victory over the Blackhawks.

- Minnesota Wild v. Edmonton Oilers – 9p ET
- In Edmonton the Minnesota Wild would come to town to battle the Oilers, and in the first period Joel Eriksson Ek would score for the Wild while Derek Ryan and Connor McDavid would score to give the Oilers the 2-1 lead. In the second period Mats Zuccarello would score for the Wild while Kailer Yamamoto would strike for the Oilers as they would hold onto their one goal lead. Then in the third period Leon Draisaitl and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins would score to give the Oilers the 5-2 victory over the Wild.

- New York Rangers v. Colorado Avalanche – 9p ET
- In Colorado the Avalanche would take on the New York Rangers, and in the first period Mikko Rantanen would score to give the Avs the 1-0 lead. In the second period Braden Schnieder would score to tie the game at two for the Rangers. Then after a scoreless third period and overtime period it would be Artemi Panarin in the shootout to give the Rangers the 2-1 victory over the Avalanche.

- Boston Bruins v. Arizona Coyotes – 930p ET
- In Arizona the Boston Bruins would take on the Coyotes, and in the first period Josh Brown would score for the Yotes while David Pastrnak would score for the B’s for the 1-1 tie. In the second period Charlie Coyle would strike for the B’s while Lawson Crouse would score for the Yotes for the 2-2 tie. Then in the third period Nick Foligno would score for the B’s, but goals from Nick Schmaltz and Crouse would give the Coyotes the 4-3 victory over the Bruins.

- Philadelphia Flyers v. Vegas Golden Knights – 10p ET
- In Vegas the Golden Knights would play host to the Philadelphia Flyers, and in the first period William Carrier would strike for the Knights to take the 1-0 lead. In the second period Scott Laughton would score to tie the game at one for the Flyers. Then after a scoreless third period Jonathan Marchessault would score to give the Golden Knights the 2-1 victory over the Flyers.

- San Jose Sharks v. Anaheim Ducks – 10p ET
- In Anaheim the Ducks would hos the San Jose Sharks who would be in their Reverse Retro jerseys, and in the first period Timo Meier would score to give the Sharks the 1-0 lead. In the second period Trevor Zegras would score for the Ducks, but goals from Scott Harrington, Erik Karlsson, and Nico Sturm would give the Sharks the 4-1 lead. then in the third period Nick Bonino and Steven Lorentz would score to give the Sharks the 6-1 victory over the Ducks.
