  • The Department of Player Safety announced that they have fined Anaheim Ducks forward Trevor Zegras.
    • Zegras would be fined $1,500 doe slashing San Jose Sharks defenseman Matt Benning on Tuesday night.

  • The Washington Capitals recalled forwards Sonny Milano and Garrett Pilon, and defenseman Lucas Johansen from Hershey of the AHL.
    • The moves were made as a result of recent injuries to forwards TJ Oshie and Beck Malensyn, and defenseman John Carlson.

  • Philadelphia Flyers v. Toronto Maple Leafs – 7p ET
    • In Toronto the Philadelphia Flyers would come to town to take on the Maple Leafs, and in the first period Joel Farabee would score for the Flyers, but goals from Auston Matthews and John Tavares would give the Leafs the 2-1 lead. Then after a scoreless second period Owen Tippett would score for the Flyers, but a goal from Zach Aston-Reese and a pair of goals for Tavares to complete the hat trick would give the Maple Leafs the 5-2 victory over the Flyers.

  • Pittsburgh Penguins** v. Buffalo Sabres** – 730p ET
    • In Buffalo for a battle of the Reverse Retro 2.0 jerseys the Sabres would host the Pittsburgh Penguins, and in the first period Jason Zucker would score to give the Pens the 1-0 lead. In the second period Josh Archibald would score to grow the Pens lead to two, but JJ Peterka would score to get the Sabres back within one. Then in the third period Jake Guentzel would strike for the Pens, but goals from Tage Thompson and Victor Olofsson would tie the game at three for the Sabres, and then Alex Tuch and Kyle Okposo would score and Olofsson would net his second of the period to give the Sabres the 6-3 victory over the Penguins.
