Rangers Advance To Conference Finals

It all comes down to this, the all important Game 7. Both teams have won three games, all on their home ice. The winner from this game will advance to the Eastern Conference Finals to faceoff against the waiting Tampa Bay Lightning.

Here is how the two teams would line up:

Early in the first period, the visiting Rangers would get on the board first. The goal coming from Adam Fox, his fifth goal of the playoffs. The assists on the play would come from Alexis Lafreniere and Andrew Copp. The goal would come via the power play.

Five minutes later, the Rangers would double their lead in the game. The goal coming from Chris Kreider, his seventh goal of the playoffs. The assists on the play would come from Mika Zibanejad and Adam Fox, his second point of the game. The goal would also come via the power play, their second goal of the game. The Rangers would take a 2-0 lead heading into the second period.
