Today the National Hockey League has announced the Rookie of the Month for the month of November 2021.
Lucas Raymond (LW – DET)
- Raymond would earn top honors as Rookie of the Month for the month of November after recording five goals and seven assists for 12 points in 14 games played for the Detroit Red Wings.
- Raymond, the fourth overall pick of the 2020 NHL Draft, would edge out teammate Alex Nedeljkovic (6-2-1, 2.24 GAA, .934 S%) along with Anaheim center Trevor Zegras (4g, 5a, 9p in 14gp), New Jersey center Dawson Mercer (3g, 6a, 9p in 13gp), and Toronto winger Michael Bunting (3g, 6a, 9p in 14gp).
- Raymond would record a point in 9 of the 14 games he played in, and would have separate three game point streaks.
