- Ottawa Senators v. Vancouver Canucks – 10p ET
- In the lone game in the NHL on Monday night it would be the Vancouver Canucks hosting the Ottawa Senators in an all Canadian affair. In the first period the Canucks would get the jump on the Sens with goals from Brandon Sutter and Tyler Motte to take a 2-0 lead. Then in the second period Austin Watson would tally for the Sens to bring them back within one, but goals from Tanner Pearson, and Sutter’s second of the game while shorthanded would give the Canucks the three goal lead. In the third period the Canucks would put the Senators away as they would get goals from Quinn Hughes, Olli Juolevi, and the hat trick goal from Sutter to win 7-1.
