Boston Bruins v. Washington Capitals – 12p EST Start Time
In the final day of the Qualifying Round the Capitals and Bruins would face each other for third place in the East. With 16 seconds left in the first period TJ Oshie would net the first goal of the game on the Capitals second shot of the game. After a scoreless second period Tom Wilson would score less than three minutes into the third to give the Capitals the 2-0 lead, but with 9:30 left in regulation Jake DeBrusk would end the shutout bid and cut the Capitals lead to one. However, the Capitals would hold on for the 2-1 victory and will face the New York Islanders in the first Round.

Dallas Stars v. St. Louis Blues – 3p EST Start Time
In the lone Western Conference game of the day Robert Thomas would open the scoring for the Blues as he makes it 1-0 on the Blues first shot of the game. Then later in the first period Vince Dunn would score for the Blues, but the goal would go under review and be pulled due to Jaden Schwartz being offsides. Then late in the third period the Stars would finally get on the board as Joe Pavelski would score with 31.4 seconds left in regulation to tie the game at one and force overtime. After the extra five minutes were up Anton Khudobin would go a perfect 3 for 3 in the shootout to lead the Stars to the 2-1 victory, and will now face the Calgary Flames in the first round.
Columbus Blue Jackets v. Toronto Maple Leafs – 8p EST Start Time
In the final Qualifying Round game, Zach Werenski would score 6:29 into the game to give the Blue Jackets the 1-0 lead over the Maple Leafs. Then after a scoreless second period Liam Foudy would score to give the Jackets the 2-0 lead, and then in the final 30 seconds of the game Nick Foligno would bury the empty netter to give the Jackets the 3-0 victory over the Leafs, and will now go on to face the Tampa Bay Lightning in the first round.
