Today the National Hockey League has provided an update in regards to Phase 2 Testing.
As of today, July 6th, the NHL has now tested 396 players with a total of 23 players testing positive (an increase of 8 players since the previous update). The League has administered a total of in excess of 2900 tests, with over 1400 of them coming in the past week.
The League is also aware that since the beginning of Phase 2 on June 8th that a total of 12 players who have yet to participate in Phase 2 activities have tested positive. This is an increase by 1 from last update.
In total 35 players have now tested positive, which is an increase of 9 since the last update by the NHL.
