Today in the National Women’s Hockey League the Buffalo Beauts bring back another core piece.


Curmova Returns

  • The Buffalo Beauts have announced that they have re-signed defender Lenka Curmova for the 2020-21 season.

  • Curmova, a member of the Slovakian National Team, returns for her second season with the Beauts.
  • In her rookie campaign last season, Curmova would tally three goals and eight assists for 11 points in 23 games.
  • Curmova would also score the Beauts first goal of the 2019-20 season, and making her the first Slovakian born player to reckrd a point and a goal in the NWHL.
  • Curmova was also an All Star last season.
