- The San Jose Sharks announced that forward Tomas Hertl has suffered a torn ACL and MCL and will miss the remainder of the season.
Montreal Canadiens v. Buffalo Sabres – 7p EST Start Time
In Buffalo the Sabres would host the Montreal Canadiens, and in the first period Jack Eichel would strike on the powerplay to give the Sabres the 1-0 lead. Then the Canadiens would score three unanswered goals as Ilya Kovalchuk, Brendan Gallagher, and Tomas Tatar would score to give the Canadiens the 3-1 victory.
Nashville Predators v. New Jersey Devils – 730p EST Start Time

Los Angeles Kings v. Arizona Coyotes – 930p EST Start Time
In Arizona the Coyotes would play host to the Los Angeles Kings. In the first period Alex Iafallo would score his 12th of the season to give the Kings the 1-0 lead. Then in the second period Nick Schmaltz and Christian Dvorak would score for the Coyotes to take the 2-1 lead. Then in the third period Iafallo would net his second of the game to tie it a two and force overtime which would see Iafallo complete the hat trick and give the Kings the 3-2 victory.
