News:
- The National Women’s Hockey League has announced that they have named Michelle Picard as the league’s Deputy Commissioner and Director of Player Development.
- The New York Islanders announced that on Feb. 21st they will retire John Tonelli’s #27, and on Feb. 29th Butch Goring’s #91 will be retired.

Anaheim Ducks v. New Jersey Devils – 7p EST Start Time
In their first game since trading all star Taylor Hall, the New Jersey Devils would play host to the Anaheim Ducks. In the first period former Devil Adam Henrique would score his tenth of the season to give the Ducks the 1-0 lead. Then in the second period Nico Hischier and Kyle Palmieri (PPG) would both strike for the Devils to take the 2-1 lead. Then in the third period Sami Vatanen would net his fifth of the season to grow the Devils lead to two and secure the 3-1 victory.
Colorado Avalanche v. Chicago Blackhawks – 8p EST Start Time
In Chicago the Blackhawks would play host to the Colorado Avalanche, and in the first period it would be the Avalanche striking first with Ian Cole’s second of the season, but Chicago would respond with Ryan Carpenter’s second of the season to tie the game at one. Then in the second period Nathan MacKinnon and Andre Burakovsky would score to give the Avalanche the two goal lead. Then in the third period the Avalanche would get a late goal from Mikko Rantanen to take the 4-1 victory.
Edmonton Oilers v. St. Louis Blues – 830p EST Start Time
In St. Louis the Blues would host the Edmonton Oilers, and after a scoreless first period the Blues would break the scoreless tie as Brayden Schenn would score his 15th of the season to to take the 1-0 lead. Then in the third period MacKenzie MacEachern would net his sixth of the season, but late in the third James Neal would net his 16th of the season, but it would not be enough as the Blues would hold on to win 2-1.
