Seattle Torrent v. Montréal Victoire – 7p ET (PWHL)
- In Montréal, the Victoire hosted the Torrent and after a scoreless first, Montréal took the 1-0 lead when Catherine Dubois scored her first goal of the year and then Laura Stacey scored her fourth of the year as the Victoire took the 2-0 lead. In the third, Seattle got on the board as Alex Carpenter scored her eighth on the season but then Montréal re-took the two goal lead when Skylar Irving struck with her second of the season. Then, Laura Stacey netted her fifth of the year as the Victoire went on to soundly defeat the Torrent 4-1.
Winnipeg Jets v. Boston Bruins – 7p ET
- In Boston, the Bruins and Jets faced off and in the first Boston took the 1-0 lead when David Pastrnak scored his 27th of the year. In the second, Lukas Reichel netted his third as Boston went up 2-0 and then Viktor Arvidsson went on to net his 19th of year as the Bruins took the 3-0 lead. In the third, Pavel Zacha netted his 23rd as Boston went up 4-0 but then Winnipeg finally got on the score sheet when Jonathan Toews netted his ninth with a power play goal. Then, Fraser Minten netted his 16th as Boston went up 5-1 and then Jonathan Aspirot scored his third of the season as the Bruins grounded the Jets 6-1.
New York Islanders v. Ottawa Senators – 7p ET
- In Ottawa, the Senators hosted the Islanders and after a scoreless first, Matthew Schaefer scored his 21st goal to give the Islanders the 1-0 but then Shane Pinto scored a shorthanded goal, his 18th goal of the year, to tie the game 1-1. In the third, the Isles re-took the lead when Brayden Schenn netted his 14th of the year but then Warren Foegele scored his 10th of the year to even the score 2-2. Then, Brady Tkachuk scored his 19th of the year as the Senators downed the Islanders 3-2.
Montréal Canadiens v. Detroit Red Wings – 7p ET
- In an Original Six match-up in the Motor City, the Red Wings hosted the Canadiens and after a scoreless first, Montréal took the 1-0 lead when Juraj Slafkovský scored his 25th of the year on the Canadiens power play. In the third, J.T. Compher scored his 10th of the year to tie the game for Detroit and then Alex DeBrincat scored his 34th as the Wings took the 2-1 lead. Then, Andrew Copp scored his ninth with an empty net goal as the Red Wings scored three unanswered to defeat the Canadiens 3-1.
New York Rangers v. Columbus Blue Jackets – 7p ET
- In Columbus, the Blue Jackets hosted the Rangers and in the first New York took the 1-0 when Vincent Trocheck scored his 15th with a shorthanded goal but then Isac Lundeström scored his fourth to tie the game for Columbus. Then, Conor Garland netted his 12th as the Blue Jackets took the 2-1 lead. In the second, Mika Zibanejad netted his 29th as the Blueshirts tied the game but then Boone Jenner scored his 10th as the Blue Jackets re-took the lead. Adam Fantilli then scored a power play goal, his 20th goal of the year, as Columbus went up 4-2. In the third, Alexis Lafrenière’s 20th of the year on the power play brought New York within a goal but then Damon Severson’s sixth of the year put Columbus back up 5-3. Adam Fantilli then scored his second of the night with an empty netter as the Blue Jackets defeated the Rangers 6-3.
Chicago Blackhawks v. Minnesota Wild – 730p ET
- In Minnesota, the Wild hosted the Blackhawks in a divisional match up and in the first, Chicago took the 1-0 lead when Ilya Mikheyev scored his 13th of the year. In the second, Connor Bedard’s 28th of the year put Chicago up 2-0 but then Minnesota’s Nico Sturm netted his fifth of the season. With no goals scored in the third period, the Blackhawks held on to defeat the Wild 2-1.
Seattle Kraken v. Nashville Predators – 8p ET
- In Nashville, the Predators welcomed the Kraken back to Music City USA and in the first Nashville took the 1-0 lead when Ryan Ufko scored his second of the year but then Seattle tied the game with Frederick Gaudreau’s fifth of the year. In the second, Ryan O’Reilly scored his 23rd of the year with a power play goal to put Nashville up 2-1. In the third, Filip Forsberg scored and empty net goal, his 30th goal of the season, as the Predators defeated the Kraken 3-1.
