News
- The PWHL announced that for the first time in League history, there will be nationally televised game on March 28.
- The contest will feature the Montreal Victoire and the New York Sirens from Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan.
- The game will be featured on ION television at 1p ET
- The NHL announced the following modified penalty from the invalidated Evgenii Dadonov trade.
- The Ottawa Senators will now pick 32nd, regardless of their finish, in the 2026 NHL Entry Draft instead of forfeiting the draft pick
- The Senators were also issued a fine of $1M (CDN). The money from the fine will be directed to NHL Foundation Canada.

San Jose Sharks v. Boston Bruins – 7p ET
- In Boston, the Bruins hosted the Sharks and in the first San Jose went up 1-0 when Michael Misa scored his sixth. In the second, Tyler Toffoli scored his 17th on the year on the power play as the Sharks took the 2-0 lead. In the third, Collin Graf scored his 17th with a shorthanded goal gave San Jose the 3-0 lead and then William Eklund scored his 12th as the Sharks took the 4-0 lead. Then, Fraser Minten scored his 15th as Boston got on the board and then David Pastrnak scored his 24th but the Sharks held on to down the Bruins 4-2.

Washington Capitals v. Buffalo Sabres – 7p ET
- In Buffalo, the Sabres welcomed the Capitals and in the first Sam Carrick scored his sixth to put Buffalo up 1-0. In the second, Ryan Leonard scored his 14th to put Washington on the board. In the third, Jakob Chychrun scored his 23rd as the Capitals defeated the Sabres 2-1.
Anaheim Ducks v. Toronto Maple Leafs – 7p ET
- In Toronto, the Maple Leafs hosted the Ducks and in the first Toronto went up 1-0 when Matias Maccelli scored his 14th but then Cutter Gauthier scored his 33rd to put Anaheim on the board. Then, Ian Moore scored his fourth to put the Ducks in the lead. In the second, Pavel Mintyukov scored his eighth to put Anaheim up 3-1 but then Auston Matthews scored his 27th on the power play to bring the Maple Leafs within a goal. Then, John Tavares scored his 23rd on the power play as Toronto evened the score. In the third, William Nylander scored his 23rd of the year on the power play to put Toronto in the lead and then Bo Groulx scored his first with a shorthanded goal as the Leafs went up two. Then, Matthew Knies scored an empty netter, his 17th of the year, as Toronto took the 6-3 lead but then Alex Killorn his 10th but the Maple Leafs held on to down the Ducks 6-4.
Detroit Red Wings v. Tampa Bay Lightning – 7p ET
- In Tampa Bay, the Lightning hosted the Red Wings and following a scoreless first, Tampa took the 1-0 lead when Jake Guentzel scored a power play goal, his 28th goal of the season. In the third, Gage Goncalves scored his ninth to put Tampa up 2-0 but then Detroit got on the board with J.T. Compher’s ninth. However, Gage Goncalves scored his second as the Bolts took back the two goal lead and then Jake Guentzel scored his second of the night with an empty netter as the Lightning defeated the Red Wings 4-1.
Columbus Blue Jackets v. Florida Panthers – 7p ET
- In South Florida, the Blue Jackets visited the Panthers and following a scoreless first period, Columbus took the 1-0 lead when Adam Fantilli scored his 19th of the year. In the third, Sam Bennett scored his 24th to tie the game for Florida. In overtime, Sam Reinhart scored his 29th on the year on the power play as the Panthers got the 2-1 victory over the Blue Jackets.
Calgary Flames v. New Jersey Devils – 7p ET
- In New Jersey, the Devils welcomed the Flames back to the Garden State and in the first Calgary went up 1-0 when John Beecher scored his second goal of the year and then the Flames took the 2-0 lead as Kevin Bahl scored his fourth of the year. Then, New Jersey got on the board as Maxim Tsyplakov scored his second of the year. In the second, John Beecher scored his second of the night with a shorthanded goal to put Calgary back up two but then Simon Nemec scored his 10th of the year on the Devils power play to bring New Jersey back within a goal. Then, Yegor Sharangovich netted his 14th of the year as the Flames re-took the two goal lead for the third time in the contest. In the third, Calgary took the three goal lead as Mikael Backlund scored his 14th of the year but then Jack Hughes scored his 16th of the year to bring New Jersey within two. Luke Hughes then scored his sixth on the power play for New Jersey but the Flames held on to get the 5-4 victory over the Devils.
St. Louis Blues v. Carolina Hurricanes – 7p ET
- In Raleigh, the Hurricanes hosted the Blues and in the first Carolina took the 1-0 lead when Mark Jankowski scored his seventh. In the second, St. Louis tied the game when Jimmy Snuggerud scored his 14th. In the third, Jimmy Snuggerud scored his second as St. Louis took the 2-1 lead and then Pavel Buchnevich scored his 15th with an empty netter as the Blues got the 3-1 win over the Hurricanes.
Edmonton Oilers v. Dallas Stars – 8p ET
- In Dallas, the Stars hosted the Oilers and in the first Jamie Benn scored his 13th of the year to put Dallas up 1-0 and then Sam Steel scored his 11th as the Stars took the 2-0 lead. Jason Robertson then scored his 35th as Dallas took the 3-0 lead. In the second, Wyatt Johnston scored his 35th on the power play as the Stars went up 4-0 and then Jason Robertson scored his second of the night as Dallas went up 5-0. Then, Evan Bouchard scored his 19th as Edmonton got on the board and then Jason Dickinson scored his seventh as the Oilers cut Dallas’ lead to three. In the third, Jamie Benn scored his 14th on the power play as Dallas took the 6-2 lead and then Matt Duchene scored his 13th of the year as the Stars soundly defeated the Oilers 7-2
Philadelphia Flyers v. Minnesota Wild – 8p ET
- In Minnesota, the Wild welcomed the Flyers back to the State of Hockey and in the first Philadelphia took the 1-0 lead when Emil Andrae scored his second of the year. In the second, Matt Boldy scored his 37th with a power play goal to tie the game and then the Wild took the 2-1 lead with Kirill Kaprizov’s 38th of the year. In the third, Owen Tippett scored his 22nd with a shorthanded goal as the Flyers tied the game. After a scoreless overtime frame, the game moved to the shootout where Travis Konecny scored the lone goal to give the Flyers the 3-2 win over the Wild.
New York Rangers v. Winnipeg Jets – 8p ET
- In Winnipeg, the Rangers visited Central Canada to take on the Jets and in the first New York took the 1-0 lead with Adam Fox’s fifth goal on the power play. In the second, Isak Rosen scored his fourth as the Jets tied th4e game lead but then Alexis Lafrenière scored his 19th of the year to put the Blueshirts up 2-1. Then, Winnipeg tied the game once more when Kyle Connor scored his 29th of the year. In the third, the Rangers took the 3-2 lead as Tye Kartye scored his fifth of the year but then Gabriel Vilardi’s 25th of the year tied the game for Winnipeg for the third time. Then, Gabe Perreault scored his seventh of the year put New York back in the lead and then Adam Edstrom scored his third to put the Blueshirts up a pair. Then, Noah Laba scored his eighth with an empty netter as the Rangers doubled up the Jets 6-3.
