Colorado Avalanche v. Toronto Maple Leafs – 130p ET
- In Toronto, the Maple Leafs would play host to the Colorado Avalanche, and in the first period, Brock Nelson would score a pair of goals to give the Avalanche the 2-0 lead. In the second period, Jack Drury would score to grow Colorado’s lead to three. Then in the third period, Nelson would get the empty netter to complete the hat trick and give the Avalanche the 4-0 lead. Max Domi would score a late powerplay goal for the Maple Leafs, but the Avalanche would prove to be too much for Toronto as they would go on to a 4-1 victory.
New York Sirens v. Minnesota Frost – 3p ET (PWHL)
- In Minnesota, the New York Sirens would come to the Twin Cities to battle the Frost, and in the first period, Taylor Heise and Kendall Coyne Schofield would score to give the Frost the 2-0 lead, but Kristýna Kaltounková would score to get the Sirens on the board and back within one. In the second period, Katy Knoll and Grace Zumwinkle would both score to give the Frost the 4-1 lead. Then in the third period, Anna Bargman would score for the Sirens, but goals by Knoll (ENG) and Kelly Pannek (PPG) would give the Frost the 6-2 victory over the Sirens.
New Jersey Devils v. Seattle Kraken – 3p ET
- In Seattle, the Kraken would battle the visiting New Jersey Devils, and in the first period, Dougie Hamilton would score on the powerplay to give the Devils the 1-0 lead. In the second period, Ryker Evans would score to tie the game at one for the Kraken. Then in the third period, Matty Beniers and Berkly Catton would score for the Kraken to take the 3-1 lead. Jack Hughes would score on the powerplay for the Devils to get back within one, but Jordan Eberle would score an empty netter to give the Kraken the 4-2 victory over the Devils.
Vegas Golden Knights v. Ottawa Senators – 5p ET
- In Ottawa, the Senators would ignite the red as they host the Vegas Golden Knights, and in the first period, Fabian Zetterlund would score to give the Senators the 1-0 lead. In the second period, Dylan Cozens, Jordan Spence, and Stephen Halliday would score to give the Senators the 4-0 lead. Then in the third period, Cozens and Halliday would both net their second goal of the game, and Nick Jensen would score to give the Senators the 7-0 lead. Late in the third, Rasmus Andersson would score his first as Knight, but it would be too little too late as the Senators would go on to defeat the Golden Knights 7-1.
Vancouver Goldeneyes v. Seattle Torrent – 6p ET (PWHL)
- At Ball Arena in Denver, CO, the Seattle Torrent and Vancouver Goldeneyes would faceoff in the latest PWHL Takeover Tour stop, and in the first period, Jenn Gardiner would score with five seconds left in the period to give the Goldeneyes the 1-0 lead. In the second period, Jessie Eldridge would score to tie the game at one for the Torrent. Then in the third period, Izzy Daniel and Michelle Karvinen would score to give the Goldeneyes the 3-1 victory over the Torrent.
Pittsburgh Penguins v. Vancouver Canucks – 6p ET
- In Vancouver, the Pittsburgh Penguins would come to town to battle the Canucks, and after a scoreless first period, Evgeni Malkin would score and Ben Kindel would score a pair of goals to give the Penguins the 3-0 lead. Then in the third period, Jake DeBrusk and Teddy Blueger would score for the Canucks, but the Penguins would hold on for the 3-2 victory over the Canucks.
Florida Panthers v. Chicago Blackhawks – 7p ET
- In Chicago, the Blackhawks would play host to the Florida Panthers, and after a scoreless first period, Tobias Bjornfot would strike first for the Panthers while Tyler Bertuzzi would score for the Blackhawks for the 1-1 tie. Then in the third period, Mackie Samoskevich, Carter Verhaeghe, Sam Reinhart (ENG), and Bjornfot would score to give the Panthers the 5-1 victory over the Blackhawks.
Anaheim Ducks v. Calgary Flames – 8p ET
- In Calgary, the Anaheim Ducks would come to town to battle the Flames, and in the first period, Jonathan Huberdeau and Hunter Brzustewicz (first career NHL goal) would score for the Flames to take the 2-0 lead. In the second period, Beckett Sennecke would score a pair of goals to tie the game at two for the Ducks. Then in the third period, Matt Coronato would score on the powerplay to give the Flames the 3-2 lead, but Chris Kreider would score to tie the game at three for the Ducks to force overtime. In the extra frame, Sennecke would score to complete the hat trick and give the Ducks the 4-3 overtime victory over the Flames.
