- In Toronto, Mitch Marner would make his return with the Vegas Golden Knights to battle the Maple Leafs, and in the first period, Jack Eichel and Keegan Kolesar would score to give the Knights the 2-0 lead. In the second period, John Tavares would score to get the Leafs on the board and back within one, but Pavel Dorofeyev and Braeden Bowman would score to give the Knights the 3 goal lead. However, Scott Laughton and Bobby McMann would score to get the Leafs back within one. Then in the third period, Mark Stone would score a pair of goals to give the Golden Knights the 6-3 victory over the Maple Leafs.
Tampa Bay Lightning v. Chicago Blackhawks – 7p ET
- In Chicago, the Blackhawks would play host to the Tampa Bay Lightning, and in the first period, Ryan Greene would score to give the Blackhawks the 1-0 lead. In the second period, Nikita Kucherov would score his 25th of the season to tie the game at one for the Lightning. After a scoreless third period and overtime, it would be Dominic James with the shootout winner as the Lightning would go on to defeat the Blackhawks 2-1.
St. Louis Blues v. Dallas Stars – 8p ET
- In Dallas, the St. Louis Blues would come to town to battle the Stars, and in the first period, Wyatt Johnston would score on the powerplay to give the Stars the 1-0 lead, but Dalibor Dvorsky would score on the powerplay to tie the game at one for the Blues. In the second period, Pavel Buchnevich would score to give the Blues the 2-1 lead, but Matt Duchene would score on the powerplay to tie the game at two for the Stars. then in the final minute of the third period, Jason Robertson would score his 30th of the season to give the Stars the 3-2 victory over the Blues.
