Jersey Tracking and Mini Recaps

Ottawa Charge v. New York Sirens – 7p ET (PWHL)

  • Back at the Prudential Center after a historic weekend in Washington DC, the New York Sirens would play host to the Ottawa Charge, and in the first period, Gabbie Hughes and Rebecca Leslie would score to give the Charge the 2-0 lead. In the second period, Brianne Jenner would score on the powerplay to grow the Charge’s lead to three, but Jaime Bourbonnais would score her first of the season to get the Sirens back within one. Then in the third period, Kristin O’Neill and Anne Cherkowski would score to tie the game at three for the Sirens to force overtime. In the extra frame, Sarah Wozniewicz would score to give the Charge the 4-3 overtime victory over the Sirens.

Minnesota Wild v. Montreal Canadiens – 7p ET

  • In Montreal, the Minnesota Wild would come to town to battle the Canadiens, and in the first period, Vladimir Tarasenko would score on the powerplay to give the Wild the 1-0 lead, but goals from Phillip Danault and Alexandre Carrier would give the Canadiens the 2-1 lead. In the second period, Brock Faber would score to tie the game at two, but Lane Hutson would score to retake the lead for the Canadiens. Then in the third period, Tarasenko would score on the powerplay for his second of the game fort he Wild to tie it at three, but with 15 seconds left, Cole Caufield would score for his 25th of the season and give the Canadiens the 4-3 victory over the Wild.

San Jose Sharks v. Tampa Bay Lightning – 7p ET

  • In Tampa Bay, the Lightning would play host to the San Jose Sharks, and in the first period, Tyler Toffoli would score to give the Sharks the 1-0 lead, but Brandon Hagel would score to tie the game at one for the Lightning. In the second period, Anthony Cirelli and Jake Guentzel would score to give the Lightning the 3-1 lead. Then in the third period, Hagel would score on the empty net for his second of the game and give the Lightning the 4-1 victory over the Sharks.

Ottawa Senators v. Columbus Blue Jackets – 7p ET

  • In Columbus, the Blue Jackets would go to battle with the visiting Ottawa Senators, and in the first period, Tyler Kleven would score his first goal of the season for the Senators to take the 1-0 lead, but Sean Monahan would score to tie the game at one for the Jackets. However, midway through the period, Tim Stutzle would score to retake the lead for the Senators. Then after a scoreless second period, Ridley Greig and Brady Tkachuk (ENG) would score to give the Senators the 4-1 victory over the Blue Jackets.

Boston Bruins v. Dallas Stars – 730p ET

  • In Dallas, the Boston Bruins would come to town to face the Stars, and in the first period, Wyatt Johnston and Mavrik Bourque would both score powerplay goals for the Stars to take the 2-0 lead. In the second period, Esa Lindell would score his fifth of the season and Justin Hryckowian would score to grow the Stars lead to 4. Then in the third period, Morgan Geekie and Fraser Minten would score for the Bruins, but a pair of goals from Jason Robertson earlier in the period would give the Stars the 6-2 victory over the Bruins.

Buffalo Sabres v. Nashville Predators – 8p ET

  • In Nashville, the Predators would go to battle with the Buffalo Sabres, and in the first period, Noah Ostlund would score a pair of goals and Konsta Helenius would score his first career NHL goal to give the Sabres the 3-0 lead. In the second period, Tage Thompson would score to grow the Sabres lead to 4, but goals from Ryan O’Reilly and Filip Forsberg would get the Predators on the board and back within two. Then in the third period, O’Reilly would net his second of the game to get the Predators back within one, but Peyton Krebs would score on the empty net to give the Sabres the 5-3 victory over the Predators.

St. Louis Blues v. Winnipeg Jets – 8p ET

  • In Winnipeg, the St. Louis Blues would come to town for a Central Division matchup with the Jets, and in the first period, both Josh Morrissey and Mark Scheifele would score on the powerplay to give the Jets the 2-0 lead. In the second period, Jordan Kyrou would score on the powerplay to get the Blues on the board and back within one. Then in the third period, Scheifele would score on the empty net for his second of the game to give the Jets the 3-1 victory over the Blues.
