- The NHL announced that they have named Minnesota Wild goaltender Jesper Wallstedt Rookie of the Month for November.
- The NHL named Colorado Avalanche forward Nathan MacKinnon First Star for the month of November.
- Jason Robertson (DAL) and Connor Bedard (CHI) would round out the rest of the Three Stars.
- The PWHL announced their Starting Six for the month of November.
- The forwards named to the Starting Six are Taylor Girard (NYS), Brianne Jenner (OTT), and Susanna Tapani (BOS).
- Defenders named to the Starting Six are Megan Keller (BOS) and Claire Thompson (VAN).
- Goaltender Aerin Frankel of the Boston Fleet was also named to the Starting Six.

Jersey Tracking and Mini Recaps
Ottawa Senators v. Montreal Canadiens – 7p ET
- In Montreal, the Canadiens would play host to the Ottawa Senators, and in the first period, Juraj Slafkovsky would open the scoring with a powerplay tally for the Canadiens, but goals from Fabian Zetterlund and Artem Zub would give the Senators the 2-1 lead. In the second period, Jake Sanderson and Drake Batherson would score to give the Senators the 4-1 lead, but a powerplay goal from Nick Suzuki would get the Canadiens back within two. Then in the third period, Brady Tkachuk would score his first of the season to give the Senators the 5-2 victory over the Canadiens.
Boston Bruins v. Detroit Red Wings – 7p ET
- In Detroit, the Boston Bruins would come to town for an Original Six matchup against the Red Wings, and in the first period, James van Riemsdyk and Moritz Seider would score to give the Wings the 2-0 lead. In the second period, Alex DeBrincat would score to grow the Wings lead to three, but goals from Jonathan Aspirot and Alex Steeves would get the Bruins back within one. However, Ben Chiarot’s goal would reclaim the two goal lead for the Wings. Then in the third period, Lucas Raymond would score on the powerplay to give the Red Wings the 5-2 lead. While Marat Khusnutdinov would score and Steeves would net his second of the game for Boston, the Red Wings would hold on for the 5-4 victory over the Bruins.
Tampa Bay Lightning v. New York Islanders – 7p ET
- On Long Island, the New York Islanders would play host to the Tampa Bay Lightning, and after a scoreless first period, Bo Horvat would score to give the Islanders the 1-0 lead. Then in the third period, Anthony Duclair would score to give the Islanders the 2-0 lead, and while Dominic James would score for the Lightning, the Islanders would hold on defeat the Lightning 2-1.
Dallas Stars v. New York Rangers – 7p ET
- At Madison Square Garden, the Dallas Stars would come to the “World’s Most Famous Arena” to battle the New York Rangers, and in the first period, Carson Soucy would open the scoring for the Rangers, but Kyle Capobianco’s first of the season would tie the game at one for the Stars. Then after a scoreless second period, Mikko Rantanen would score his 11th of the season to give the Stars the 2-1 lead, but Will Cuylle would score to tie the game at two to force overtime for the Rangers. In the extra frame, Vladislav Gavrikov would score his fifth of the season to give the Rangers the 3-2 overtime victory over the Stars.
Minnesota Frost v. Ottawa Charge – 7p ET (PWHL)
- In Ottawa, the Charge would play host to the Minnesota Frost in a rematch of last season’s PWHL Finals, and in the first period, Kendal Coyne Schofield, Dominique Petrie, and Grace Zumwinkle would all score to give the Frost the 3-0 lead. Then after a scoreless second period, Coyne Schofield would net her second of the game to give the Frost the 4-0 lead, but Rory Guilday would score her first career PWHL goal while on the powerplay to get the Charge on the board and end the shutout bid. However, Coyne Schofield would get the empty netter to complete the hat trick and give the Frost the 5-1 victory over the Charge.
Toronto Maple Leafs v. Florida Panthers – 730p ET
- In Florida, the Toronto Maple Leafs would come visit and battle the Panthers, and in the first period, Troy Stetcher would score his first as a Leaf and Dakota Joshua would score to give the Leafs the 2-0 lead. In the second period, Sam Reinhart would score shorthanded to get the Panthers on the board and back within one. Then in the third period, Scott Laughton and John Tavares (ENG) would score to give the Maple Leafs the 4-1 victory over the Panthers.
Calgary Flames v. Nashville Predators – 8p ET
- In Nashville, the Predators would faceoff with the Calgary Flames, and in the first period, Reid Schaefer would score his first career NHL goal to give the Predators the 1-0 lead. In the second period, Steven Stamkos, Johnathan Marchessault, and Ozzy Wiesblatt would score to grow Nashville’s lead to 4. Then in the third period, Michael Bunting would score to give the Predators the 5-0 lead. Morgan Frost would score on the powerplay for the Flames to end the shutout bid, but the Predators would go on to defeat the Flames 5-1.
