Washington Capitals v. New York Islanders – 1p ET

  • On Long Island, the Washington Capitals would come to town to battle the Islanders, and in the first period, Tom Wilson would score a beautiful powerplay goal to give the Capitals the 1-0 lead. In the second period, Wilson would net his second of the game for his 15th of the season to give the Capitals the 2-0 lead. Then in the third period, Bo Horvat would score a powerplay goal to get the Islanders on the board and back within one, but Aliaksei Protas and Alex Ovechkin would both get empty net goals to give the Capitals the 4-1 victory over the Islanders.

Anaheim Ducks v. Chicago Blackhawks – 330p ET

  • In Chicago, the Blackhawks would play host to the Anaheim Ducks, and in the first period, Cutter Gauthier would net his 15th of the season 15 seconds into the game and Olen Zellweger would net his 5th of the season 32 seconds later to give the Ducks the 2-0 lead and then later in the period, Chris Kreider would score to give the Ducks the 3-0 lead, but Tyler Bertuzzi would score on the powerplay to get the Blackhawks on the board and back within two. In the second period, Ryan Greene and Colton Dach (PPG) would score to tie the game at three for the Blackhawks. Then in the third period, Connor Bedard would score a pair of goals to give the Blackhawks the 5-3 victory over the Ducks.

Calgary Flames v. Carolina Hurricanes – 5p ET

  • In Carolina, the Calgary Flames would come to town to face the Hurricanes, and then after a scoreless 60 minutes, Nikolaj Ehlers scored to give the Hurricanes the 1-0 overtime victory over the Flames. Brandon Bussi would stop all 15 shots faced to earn the shutout for the Hurricanes.

Ottawa Senators v. Dallas Stars – 6p ET

  • In Dallas, the Stars would play host to the Ottawa Senators, and after a scoreless first period, Mavrik Bourque would open the scoring for the Stars, but Jake Sanderson’s 5th of the season would tie the game at one for the Senators. However, goals from Jason Robertson and Wyatt Johnston would give the Stars the 3-1 lead. Then in the third period, Johnston would score a pair of powerplay goals to complete the hat trick and Jamie Benn would score to give the Stars the 6-1 victory over the Senators.
