- In the PWHL, Minnesota Frost Kelly Pannek and Taylor Heise became the first founding members of the 30 point club last night.
- Also in the PWHL, Montreal Victoire F Shiann Darkangelo was named the Intact Impact Award winner for the month of March.
- A $5,000 donation will be made on Darkangelo’s behalf through the League’s partnership with Intact Insurance.
- Darkangelo’s donation goes to LS7, which goes on to help find the next generation find their own paths in passions in sports by having fun as well as staying active.

Buffalo Sabres v. Boston Bruins – 7p ET – Game 3
- In Boston, the Sabres and Bruins both looked to take the 2-1 series lead and after a scoreless first, the Bruins took the 1-0 lead with Tanner Jeannot scored his first career postseason NHL goal but then Buffalo tied the game with Bowen Byram netted his second goal of the postseason. In the third, Alex Tuch’s second of the postseason gave Buffalo the 2-1 lead and then Noah Ostlund scored an empty net goal, his first career postseason NHL goal, to give the Sabres the 3-1 win over the Bruins and take the 2-1 series lead.
Carolina Hurricanes v. Ottawa Senators – 730p ET – Game 3
- In Ottawa, the Hurricanes look to go up 3-0 in the series against the Senators, and in the first Carolina got the 1-0 lead with Logan Stankoven’s third of the playoffs. In the second, Ottawa tied the game with Drake Batherson’s second but then Jackson Blake scored his first as the Hurricanes got the 2-1 win over the Senators to take the 3-0 series lead.
