- The Vancouver Canucks announced that they have relieved Patrik Allvin of his duties as General Manager.

- In Montreal, the Victoire would play host to the Boston Fleet in the lone action of the night, and in the first period, Jade Downie-Landry and Kaitlin Willoughby would score to give the Victoire the 2-0 lead. In the second period, Jessie Eldridge would score to get the Fleet on the board and back within one. Then in the third period, Daniela Pejšová would score to tie the game at 2 and force overtime for the Fleet. In the extra frame, Nicole Gosling would score on the powerplay to give the Victoire the 3-2 overtime victory over the Fleet.
