In a rather uneventful night of news in the NHL and PWHL, there would be five games in the NHL.

It would be a very busy day in the hockey world as we would be treated to 8 NHL games and 2 PWHL games.

In a 13 game night, it would be a late start getting things prepped at TXHT, but there would still be 12 games of great action in the NHL and a shutout in the PWHL, plus the 2026 Heritage Classic announcement and other notes.

It would be a five game Friday night in the NHL that would see the west dominate the scoreboard.
