Vegas Golden Knights v. Pittsburgh Penguins – 1p ET

  • In Pittsburgh, the Penguins would play host to the Vegas Golden Knights for an early afternoon matinee, and in the first period, Ben Kindel would score his 15th of the season to give the Penguins the 1-0 lead. In the second period, Egor Chinakov would score and both Bryan Rust and Rickard Rakell would score on the powerplay to grow the Penguins lead to 4. Then in the third period, Justin Brazeau would score to give the Penguins the 5-0 victory over the Golden Knights. Arturs Silovs would stop all 22 shots faced to earn the shutout for the Penguins.

Minnesota Frost v. Montreal Victoire – 1p ET (PWHL)

  • In the PWHL, the Montreal Victoire would play host to the Minnesota Frost, and in the first period, Maggie Flaherty and Dara Greig would score to give the Victoire the 2-0 lead. Then after a scoreless second period, Maureen Murphy and Laura Stacey (SHG) would score to give the Victoire the 4-0 victory over the Frost. Ann-Renée Desbiens would stop all 17 shots faced to earn the shutout for the Victoire.

Toronto Sceptres v. Vancouver Goldeneyes – 4p ET (PWHL)

  • In Vancouver for more PWHL action, the Toronto Sceptres would continue their road trip to start their return from break as they battle the Goldeneyes, and in the first period, Sara Hjalmarsson and Lauren Messier would score to give the Sceptres the 2-0 lead. Then after a scoreless second period, Izzy Daniel would score her fifth of the season for the Goldeneyes, but it would not be enough as the Sceptres would go on to defeat the Goldeneyes 2-1.

Chicago Blackhawks v. Utah Mammoth – 4p ET

  • In Utah, the Mammoth would play host to the Chicago Blackhawks, and in the first period, Teuvo Teravainen would score on the powerplay to give the Blackhawks the 1-0 lead. In the second period, Nick Foligno and Landon Slaggert would both score to grow the Blackhawks lead to three. Then in the third period, Teravainen would score his second of the game while shorthanded to give the Blackhawks the 4-0 victory over the Mammoth. Arvid Soderblom would stop all 22 shots faced to earn his first career shutout for the Blackhawks.

Winnipeg Jets v. San Jose Sharks – 4p ET

  • In San Jose, the Sharks would don their Heritage 2.0 jerseys as they play host to the Winnipeg Jets, and in the first period, Morgan Barron would score to give the Jets the 1-0 lead. Then after a scoreless second period, Will Smith would score to tie the game at one and force overtime for the Sharks. In the extra frame, Michael Misa would score to give the Sharks the 2-1 overtime victory over the Jets.

St. Louis Blues v. Minnesota Wild – 5p ET

  • In Minnesota, the St. Louis Blues would battle the Wild, and after a scoreless first period, Kirill Kaprizov would score on the powerplay to give the Wild the 1-0 lead, but Logan Mailloux would score to tie the game at one for the Blues. Then in the third period, Pavel Buchnevich would score and Robert Thomas would score an empty netter to give the Blues the 3-1 victory over the Wild.

Florida Panthers v. New York Islanders – 630p ET

  • On Long Island, the New York Islanders would battle the Florida Panthers, and in the first period, Sandis Vilmanis and Sam Bennett (PPG) would score for the Panthers to take the 2-0 lead, but Matthew Schaefer would score to get the Islanders back within one. In the second period, Bennett would score his second of the game for the Panthers, but goals from Carson Soucy and Bo Horvat to tie the game at three for the Islanders. Then in the third period, Schaefer would net his second of the game for his 20th of the season for the Islanders while Sam Reinhart would score for the Panthers for a 4-4 tie, but with 32 seconds left in regulation, Anders Lee would score to give the Islanders the 5-4 victory over the Panthers.

Calgary Flames v. Anaheim Ducks – 8p ET

  • In Anaheim, the Ducks would battle the visiting Calgary Flames, and in the first period, Joel Farabee would score to give the Flames the 1-0 lead. In the second period, Cutter Gauthier would score for the Ducks to tie the game at one, but Yegor Sharangovich would score to retake the lead for the Flames. Then in the third period, Gauthier would score his second of the game to tie the game at two and force overtime for the Ducks. After a scoreless extra five minutes of hockey, it would be Mason McTavish would score the shootout winner to give the Ducks the 3-2 victory over the Flames.
