- The National Hockey League announced that the opponent for the Dallas Stars in the 2027 Stadium Series will be the Vegas Golden Knights.
- This will be Vegas’ third outdoor game in franchise history after being in the 2021 NHL Outdoors game at Lake Tahoe and the 2024 Winter Classic.
- The PWHL announced that New York Sirens F Kristýna Kaltounková has been named the Player of the Week.
- Kaltounková had two goals on four shots in her lone game of the week.
- Kaltounková leads the PWHL in goals with 11.

Philadelphia Flyers v. Boston Bruins – 7p ET
- In Boston, the Flyers and Bruins renewed a rivalry as they faced off for the first time this season. In the first, Boston took the 1-0 lead as Viktor Arvidsson scored his 13th of the year and then the B’s took the 2-0 lead when Pavel Zacha scored his 15th on the season. In the second, the Bruins went up 3-0 as Fraser Minten scored his 14th of the year but then Philadelphia got on the board as Travis Konecny scored his 21st of the season. Then, Boston went back up three with Casey Mittelstadt’s 11th of the year and then Tanner Jeannot notched his sixth of the year as the B’s took the 5-1 lead. Nikita Grebenkin then scored his fourth of the year to bring the Flyers within three once more. In the third, Marat Khusnutdinov scored an empty net goal, his 12th goal of the year, to put Boston up four but then Matvei Michkov scored a power play goal, his 13th goal on the year, but the Bruins held on to double up the Flyers 6-3.
Los Angeles Kings v. Buffalo Sabres – 7p ET
- In Buffalo, the Sabres welcomed the Kings back to Western New York for their annual match-up and in the first Buffalo took the 1-0 lead when Alex Tuch scored his 20th of the year on the power play and then Mattias Samuelsson scored his ninth of the year as Buffalo took the 2-0 lead. In the second, Alex Tuch scored his second of the night to give the Sabres the 3-0 lead but then Los Angeles got on the board as Adrian Kempe netted a power play goal, his 18th score of the season. In the third, Alex Tuch completed the hat trick with an empty net goal to give the Sabres the 4-1 win over the Kings.
Colorado Avalanche v. Montreal Canadiens – 7p ET
- In Montréal, the Canadiens hosted the Avalanche as Colorado wore their Nordqiues throwbacks. In the first, Montréal took the 1-0 lead as Noah Dobson scored his 10th of the year and then Brock Nelson’s 28th of the year tied the game for Colorado. Then, Nick Suzuki netted a pair of power play goals as the Canadiens took the 3-1 lead. In the second, Jake Evans’ seventh of the year gave Montréal the 4-1 lead and then Kirby Dach netted his sixth on the season as the Habs took the four goal lead. However, Colorado stopped Montréal’s scoring for the time being as Joel Kiviranta scored his second of the year to cut the Canadiens lead to three. In the third, Ross Colton’s sixth of the year brought the Avs within a pair but Alexandre Carrier scored his sixth of the year as Montréal re-took the three goal lead. Then, Juraj Slafkovský scored his 20th as the Canadiens upset the Avalanche 7-3.
Winnipeg Jets v. Tampa Bay Lightning – 7p ET
- In Tampa, days before their contest in the Stadium Series, the Lightning hosted the Jets and in the first Tampa took the 1-0 lead when Dominic James scored his fifth of the year. In the second, Tampa took the 2-0 lead with Darren Raddysh’s 15th of the year but then Winnipeg got on the board when Kyle Connor scored his 24th of the year. Then, the Bolts took the 3-1 lead when Yanni Gourde scored his seventh of the year. In the third, Niktia Kucherov scored the empty netter as the Lightning defeated the Jets 4-1.
Nashville Predators v. New Jersey Devils – 7p ET
- In New Jersey, the Devils welcomed the Predators and in the first, Nashville took the 1-0 lead with Michael McCarron’s fourth of the year. In the second, New Jersey tied the game with Dougie Hamilton’s seventh of the year. In the third, Nashville took the lead back with Filip Forsberg’s 20th of the year but then Jesper Bratt’s 13th of the year tied the game for New Jersey. In overtime, Nico Hischier scored his 18th of the year as the Devils downed the Predators 3-2.
New York Islanders v. New York Rangers – 7p ET
- In New York City, the Rangers hosted the Islanders and after the scoreless first, the Isles took the 1-0 lead when Carson Soucy scored his fourth of the year and then Matthew Schaefer’s 14th gave the Islanders the 2-0 lead. In the third, Mika Zibanejad scored his 23rd goal on the Rangers power play but the comeback would fall short as the Islanders held on to defeat the Rangers 2-1.
Chicago Blackhawks v. Pittsburgh Penguins – 7p ET
- In Pittsburgh, the Penguins welcomed the Blackhawks back to the Steel City and in the first Chicago took the 1-0 lead when Connor Murphy scored his third of the year but then Pittsburgh tied the game with Connor Dewar’s 12th of the year. In the second, Ben Kindel scored his 11th of the year to put the Pens up 2-1 and then Egor Chinakov netted his ninth to put Pittsburgh up 3-1. Then, Anthony Mantha scored his 17th as the Pens took the three goal lead and then Ryan Shea struck with his third of the year as Pittsburgh took the 5-1 lead. In the third, Connor Dewar scored his second of the night as Pittsburgh took the 6-1 lead but then Connor Bedard scored his 21st on the year. However, the Blackhawks comeback fell far short as they were defeated by the Penguins 6-2.
Utah Mammoth v. Carolina Hurricanes – 7p ET
- In Raleigh, the Hurricanes wore the Whalers throwbacks as they took on the Mammoth. In the first, Carolina took the 1-0 lead as Andrei Svechnikov scored his 19th on the season. In the second, Kailer Yamamoto scored a pair of goals to put Utah in front but then Shayne Gostisbehere scored a power play goal, his seventh of the year, to tie the game for the Canes. Then, JJ Peterka’s 19th of the year put the Mammoth up 3-2. In the third, Michael Carcone scored his 11th of the year to put Utah up two but then Andrei Svechnikov scored his second of the night on the power play to bring Carolina within a goal. Then, Shayne Gostisbehere scored his second of the night to tie the game for the Canes and then Jordan Staal scored his 12th of the year as the Hurricanes came back to defeat the Mammoth 5-4.
Washington Capitals v. Detroit Red Wings – 730p ET
- In Detroit, the Red Wings hosted the Capitals, who are ending their season long six game road trip, and in the first Washington took the 1-0 lead with Nic Dowd’s third of the year. In the second, Detroit tied the game with Ben Chiarot’s fifth of the year. With Ben Chiarot’s goal, Patrick Kane got the secondary assist, which then gave him the record for most points all-time by a U.S. born player. In the third, Dylan Strome scored his 15th of the year to put Washington up 2-1 and then Declan Chisholm scored his first on the year to put the Caps up 3-1. Then, Alex DeBrincat scored a pair of goals to tie the game for Detroit. Following the scoreless overtime, the game moved to the shootout where Nic Dowd scored the game winner to give the Capitals the 4-3 win over the Red Wings.
Florida Panthers v. St. Louis Blues – 8p ET
- In St. Louis, the Blues welcomed the Panthers back to the Gateway City, and in the first, Florida took the 1-0 lead with A.J. Greer’s 11th of the year but then St. Louis tied the game with Jake Neighbours 13th of the year. St. Louis then took the lead as Jordan Kyrou scored his 12th of the year but then Florida tied the game with a power play goal from Sam Reinhart, his 27th score of the year. The Blues then re-took the lead as Jonatan Berggren scored his sixth of the year. In the second, Oskar Sundqvist scored his fourth of the year to put St. Louis up a pair but then Matthew Tkachuk scored a pair, his first goals on the year and the second goal being on a Florida power play, to tie the game for the Panthers. In the third, Jimmy Snuggerud scored a power play goal, his eighth goal on the year, as the Blues defeated the Panthers 5-4.
Calgary Flames v. Minnesota Wild – 8p ET
- In Minnesota, the Wild hosted the Flames and in the first Minnesota took the 1-0 lead when Danila Yurov scored his eighth of the year and then Vinnie Hinostroza scored his third of the year as Minnesota took the 2-0 lead. After a scoreless second, Morgan Frost scored his first to get Calgary on the board but then Matt Boldy scored s power play goal to put Minnesota back up a pair. Then, Kirill Kaprizov scored the empty net goal, his 29th score of the year, as the Wild doused the Flames 4-1.
