- The Columbus Blue Jackets announced that they have signed defenseman Egor Zamula.
- Zamula signed a one year deal with an AAV of $1 million.
- Zamula was previously traded by the Philadelphia Flyers to the Pittsburgh Penguin, but after refusing to report to Wilkes-Barre Scranton of the AHL, the Penguins suspended Zamula.
- The Penguins placed Zamula on unconditional waivers for the purpose of terminating his contract, which he cleared on Tuesday and making him a free agent to sign with any team.

Vancouver Canucks v. Buffalo Sabres – 7p ET
- In Buffalo, the Vancouver Canucks would come to town to battle the Sabres, and in the first period Tage Thompson and Ryan McLeod (SHG) would score to give the Sabres the 2-0 lead. In the second period, Alex Tuch would score to grow the Sabres lead to three. Then in the third period, Zach Metsa would score his first career NHL goal to give the Sabres the 4-0 lead, but goals from Jake DeBrusk (PPG), Elias Pettersson, and Liam Ohgren would get the Canucks back within one. However, Josh Doan would get the empty netter to give the Sabres the 5-3 victory over the Canucks.
Colorado Avalanche v. Tampa Bay Lightning – 7p ET
- In Tampa Bay, the Lightning would play host to the Colorado Avalanche, and in the first period, Jake Guentzel would score on the powerplay to give the Lightning the 1-0 lead. In the second period, Parker Kelly and Brock Nelson would score for the Avalanche to take the 2-1 lead, but Zemgus Girgensons would score to tie the game at two for the Lightning. Then in the third period, Brandon Hagel would score his 20th of the season and Anthony Cirelli would score an empty netter to give the Lightning the 4-2 victory over the Avalanche.
Anaheim Ducks v. Philadelphia Flyers – 7p ET
- In Philadelphia, the Flyers would go to battle with the Anaheim Ducks, and in the first period, Cutter Gauthier would score his 20th of the season while on the powerplay to give the Ducks the 1-0 lead, but a pair of goals, including a powerplay tally, by Trevor Zegras would give the Flyers the 2-1 lead. In the second period, Cam York and Travis Sanheim would score to give the Flyers the three goal lead. Then in the third period, Alex Killorn would score on the powerplay for the Ducks, but Nikita Grebenkin would get an empty netter to give the Flyers the 5-2 victory over the Ducks.
Dallas Stars v. Carolina Hurricanes – 7p ET
- In Carolina, the Hurricanes would play host to the Dallas Stars, and in the first period, and in the first period, K’Andre Miller would score to give the Hurricanes the 1-0 lead, but Jason Robertson would get awarded a powerplay goal after the Hurricanes committed an own goal to tie the game at one. However, a powerplay goal from Shayne Gostisbehere and a tally from Logan Stankoven would give the Hurricanes the 3-1 lead. In the second period, Miller would net his second of the game and Seth Jarvis would score his 20th of the season while on the powerplay to give the Hurricanes the commanding 5-1 lead. Then in the third period, Mikko Rantanen and Wyatt Johnston (PPG) would score for the Stars, but a tally from William Carrier would give the Hurricanes the 6-3 victory over the Stars.
New York Sirens v. Toronto Sceptres – 7p ET (PWHL)
- In Toronto, the New York Sirens would come to town to battle with the Sceptres, and after a scoreless first period, Kristýna Kaltounková would score to give the Sirens the 1-0 lead. Then in the third period, Kaltounková would get the empty netter for her second of the game to give the Sirens the 2-0 victory over the Sceptres. Kayle Osborne would stop all 31 shots to earn the shutout for the Sirens.
New Jersey Devils v. New York Islanders – 730p ET
- On Long Island, the New Jersey Devils would come across the river to battle the New York Islanders, and in the first period, Mathew Barzal would score and Anthony Duclair would score a pair of goals to give the Islanders the 3-0 lead. In the second period, Duclair would score once more to complete the hat trick and Simon Holmstrom would score for the Islanders lead to grow to five. Then in the third period, Casey Cizikas would score a pair of goals and both Tony DeAngelo, and Calum Ritchie would score to give the Islanders a dominating 9-0 victory over the Devils. Ilya Sorokin would stop all 46 shots faced to earn the shutout for the Islanders.
Florida Panthers v. Toronto Maple Leafs – 730p ET
- In Toronto, the Maple Leafs would play host to the Florida Panthers, and in the first period, Easton Cowan would score to give the Leafs the 1-0 lead. In the second period, Matthew Knies and Auston Matthews would score to grow the Leafs lead to three. Then in the third period, Carter Verhaeghe would score to get the Panthers on the board, but Bobby McMann would score to give the Maple Leafs the 4-1 victory over the Panthers.
Vegas Golden Knights v. Winnipeg Jets – 8p ET
- In Winnipeg, the Vegas Golden Knights would come to town to battle the Jets, and in the first period, Cole Perfetti would score to give the Jets the 1-0 lead. In the second period, Luke Schenn would score to give the Jets the 2-0 lead, but Mark Stone would score on the powerplay to get the Knights on the board and back within one. Then in the third period, Brett Howden would score to tie the game at two for the Knights, but while Kyle Connor would score to retake the lead for the Jets, Reilly Smith would score to send the game to overtime tied at three for the Knights. In the extra frame, Tomas Hertl would score on the powerplay to give the Golden Knights the 3-2 overtime victory over the Jets.
